    I registered with QBORD, a survey company. I asked for a $10 payout on January 29, 2023 and did not receive. I contacted then many times (about 3 times) and I have yet to receive a response. I am now claiming my $10 plus the rest of the credits I have accumulated ($59.60) from filling out their surveys. I wish to receive my $69.60 and terminate my membership in this company.

    Order confirmation #**** for receiving $25 gift card. I never received anything. I have been contacting them forever with no response. It would be nice to get paid the amount owed.

    On May 25, 2022 i redeemed the qualifying amount for a $25 ****** ***** gift card, order #**** and was supposed to get it June 25,2022. I have never received it. I have emailed Qbord many times and have been ignored and still have not received my hard earned gift card. Qbord is not fulfilling their promise of completing surveys to redeem gift cards. When do l expect my gift card from May 2022?

    I have participated in completing a number of consumer surveys for Qbord. In Jan 2023, I submitted a request for a $25 **** gift card and redeemed the qualifying points for that card. I was to receive an email by Feb 15 with the gift card and never did. I sent an email twice regarding the missing gift card (latest on Feb 23) with the order# and have yet to receive any response. I think the Qbord is NOT fullilling its comitment to payout its customers who complete the surveys they sent out! I will not be filling out any more surveys from this company but I do still expect the $25 **** gift card!

    I have contacted QBord several times regarding compensation that I have not received. I redeemed points on January 5 and nothing has occurred from their end. Please help!!!

    I submitted my claim for my $50 ****** rewards on Oct 30, 2022 and was supposed to receive the reward on Nov 15, 2022. I have not received my payment and have not gotten any response to my multiple emails that I have sent

    Hello, I use the Qbord website for many years and for over 7 months I have not received any survey invitations. I contacted Qbord customer service many times through the website "contact us" form and ******** and email and also *** via email and I have never received any response. I would like to hear back from their customer service to solve the issue with surveys. Thanks

    This is a minor matter for me but I think the survey company qbord is not paying out reward money that presumably is provided by the companies requesting the surveys. I requested an ****** $50 gift card in May and though I received notification it was coming via email, it never arrived. I have followed up twice and there is no response.
