    I am a a member of Qbord since 2015. I have redeemed points for rewards a few times in the past years. On July 26th 2022, I exchanged some points for a gift card of 25$ value. Even after numerous attempts to contact their team, I still haven't received my reward yet. We are now October 3rd 2022 and this isn't resolved yet.

    Hello, I have cashed in my points for doing surveys with qbord on June 14th and and have still not received my gift card. There have been several attempts in contacting them to get a response on my order. They have not responded and I should have received by no later than July 1st. ******* ******** **** ***** ** ** *** ***** I am just wanting my gift card and will no longer deal with qbord

    I have been a member of the Qbord community since September 25, 2016 completing survey's. I was able to redeem 5000 points on April 11, 2022 (Order#: ****) for a $50 ******** Gift Card. On the FAQ section it indicates that the redemption would be processed by April 15, 2022. It is now August 3rd and I have not received my gift card even though I have sent monthly emails to their contact us link on their webpage (without receiving any type of acknowledgement or response).

    I cash in points for a $10 ****** gift card reward with QBORD in February. I have e-mailed multiple times over the months and even called the company they are associated with. I have not had any response nor have I received the gift card. What's interesting is that QBORD is still sending me surveys to do. This means that they are benefiting from the work of people like me but refusing to pay us for the work that has generated them money. **** ** ********* *** ******* * ********* ******* *** **** ****** *** ******** ** ********* ***** While I've read that they have told others they are behind, if they have the ability to send out new survey links, they should have the ability to respond to frustrated people like me.

    The issue has been resolved. I was contacted by someone who oversees the company. They gave me a $25 gift card for the $10 card I was owed.

    I have been a member of Qbord for years. I have two redemptions for $10********** rewards and despite numerous emails and form submissions, I have never received a response. The first redemption took place on February 18 followed by June 2, neither which have been honoured. I'd like to receive my $20********** reward or $20 equivalent.

    I am not getting the redemption certificate that I except for completing surveys with Qbord. I redeemed for $25 on January 7 and $10 on May 24. Both were for ******.ca gift cards. I have tried emailing, using the "contact us" function on the website, have sent an email to PMG Intelligence website as well as called the phone number listed. None of these methods give any results. *******************************************. I'm hoping that BBB can help me get my rewards.

    I used this survey panel to participate in surveys, to then get rewarded. I went to cash out, in Jan 7, 2022. Never received my reward that was promised- e-Gift Card $25-********* I have sent them numerous emails, again and again. No response whatsoever. No contact, no update, nothing from them at all. I am waiting for my gift card. They continue to send me surveys. But refuse to pay me for them. So, they do appear to be operating, but do not pay you for your work. **** ******* ** ******* * **** *** **** **** **. I'm sick and tired of it. **** *** ***** *** ******* *** **** **** **** * ****. They should be shut down, because as long as they are operating more people could sign up with them and be unpaid. Please BBB do something to prevent this. ** ******** ******** ***** ******

    I have been a survey respondent for qbord for a number of years and have never had any issues. In February of this year I had accumulated sufficient survey reward points to redeem for a $10 ****** gift card (order #****). As of today I have not received the gift card and my reward points balance has been reduced for the redemption. I contacted them numerous times through their Contact Us link and have never received a response. I am still getting notifications of new surveys so I know they are still in operation and I want them to fulfill their obligation to me. **************************************************************************************************** I hope you will have better luck resolving this issue than I have.

    Consumer Response /* (2000, 6, 2022/06/14) */ I was finally contacted by the company today with an apology for the wait time receiving my order. It also contained a gift card for 2.5 X my order so I believe this matter can be closed. I am not sure whether it was your intervention that caused them to reconsider their position but it is too much of a coincidence that I don't hear anything from them until after you contacted them. Hopefully we won't have to go through this again, if I decide to continue with them.

    Qbord is an online survey company (much like the ***** or *****). They continue to send surveys to people on the understanding that participants can accumulate 'points' for each completed survey, with the eventual understanding that participants can redeem their points for rewards in the form of gift cards. Having redeemed points on December 30, 2021 for a $35 **** Gift card, I have never received it despite numerous attempts to contact qbord both by phone and email.     Like so many other people, I joined Qbord to complete surveys in exchange for monetary compensation. I submitted a claim for a $25 gift card which was supposed to be sent out March 15 2022. I have tried to reach them by email and phone, none of which they responded to. They are still sending surveys and soliciting new comers. Why are they still allowed to operate if they're not fulfilling their obligation.
