    When my dryer stopped working I found favorable reviews for Doctor Appliance Repair on our community face book page. They showed up and diagnosed the problem quickly. Unfortunately the part had to be ordered. Once it arrived they came back and installed it within minutes. Everything was explained to us and the price was reasonable. We will be using this company for any future appliance repairs.

    I came across this company after another firm had "fixed" our Bosch washer, leaving the situation exactly as they found it. As we live in a Condo, a leaking washer could escalate into a multi family situation with large costs involved.Doctor Appliance sent ****** who quickly isolated the actual cause of the leak. His approach was helpful, cheerful, confident and friendly. As is often the case, the unavailability of parts was the only cause of delay. ****** and ***** had the washer fixed and the dryer re-stacked in less than fifteen minutes.The Doctor Appliance techs dealt with our problem as if they were happy to have the job and were pleased we had called them to do the work. A refreshing outlook from a service organization. Well Done.

    Great service and totally reliable. The technician arrived on the agreed time. He fixed the problem after explaining all my options. He was very polite and professional. Not the first time I use Doctor Appliance and I highly recommend them.
