    Amazing service!! Tech showed up on time, very professional and polite! Diagnosed the problem with my dryer and proceeded to repair the issue, as he had the part in his vehicle. Made the extra effort to clean all the built up lint in and around the dryer. Would highly recommend Doctor Aapliance!!

    Excellent service..my technician (*****) was polite, courteous, efficient and totally upfront about options and prices. He fixed my machine very quickly and answered all of my questions ..I would definitely recommend this company.

    Great Service!! we had problems with our washing machine, and called Dr. ********** and ***** the technician came and checked it out, order a part, and came back today to fix the machine. He was excelent and very helpful. Thank you *****!

    Outstanding service!
    Washer was leaking. Called Doctor Appliance. Technician came as scheduled; reported broken drain pump. Ordered replacement pump, which arrived within a week, and was promptly installed. Technician also took time to examine minor issue with electric range, and repaired it on the spot.
    Shortly after the 90 day warranty on the new drain pump expired, the washer began to leak again. Called Doctor Appliance. Technician came as scheduled within 48 hours, discovered fault in pump previously installed, and although slightly beyond the 90 day warranty, retrieved another new pump from his service vehicle, and promptly installed same, at no charge for either part or labour.
    Technician showed and explained manufacturing fault in defective pump. Replacement was utterly satisfactory, promptly done, and graciously provided.
    I recommend Doctor Appliance, without reserve.

    On time, pleasant and knowledgeable. He dismantled, cleaned if required, tested then put the washing machine back together. A new machine, rather than repairing this one., was the recommendation but I am certainly satisfied that every possible thing was thoroughly checked and evaluated before making that recommendation. I would definitely call this company again if needed and would recommend to others.5 star rating

    Very responsive customer service (almost immediate callback). Technician ******* arrived at the scheduled time, masked and with booties, and quickly diagnosed the issue with our Maytag dryer. They promptly ordered the required parts and ******* returned to do a top-notch repair. Very professional. I will definitely be using Dr. Appliance again for any appliance repair.
