Cannot contact about windows leaking they installed that are still under warranty I am also having difficulty sending warranty and bill of sale to them online have left several messages but no contact back either online or telephone. At one call to them a pop up stated number has been blocked tried to call ****** a company they used to install windows and the same will not answer voicemail left and have left approx 4 messages.Landmark Home Solutions

Hi Liz, we recently had several windows installed at our home in Stratford and we are totally satisfied with them! The two installers were friendly, worked professionally and cleaned up after the windows were installed. It seems like every day since the windows were installed we spontaneously say "I love these new windows, we should have done them years ago!!"

I personally have been trying since 2020 to get them to return my phone calls or emails and have heard nothing!
Their so called installers could not install a barbie doll window let alone a real home window. We changed 8 sunroom windows and they are gorgeous. We are so happy with the service and the product. Liz was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. We aspire to change all our windows with Landmark solutions . This company is amazing. !!!

After meeting with a salesman yesterday, from Landmark Home Solutions, I thought I would purchase some new windows. I put a $4,000.00 deposit down for these windows. He had mentioned that I had 10 days after our meeting that I could cancel our contract, should I reconsider my purchase. I had originally set up the meeting just to get a quote. I felt uneasy about my purchase so I called today to cancel. I called the number on his business card and it connected me with the main Landmark Business Office. I could not talk to anyone as it was an automated answering service. After several calls I left a voicemail to cancel my order, but i was never able to talk to anyone directly. When I called back after my voicemail, I was automatically disconnected each time. This is exceptionally poor customer service in my opinion. I should be able to connect with the people I am doing business with. I sent an email to the saleman to cancel my order. I hope that my deposit was not processed. I had put the deposit on my credit card and called the bank to put a stop payment for Landmark Home Solutions. Yes, we do use an automated IVR (like most businesses now a days) that lists all the staff and extension number. had you left me a message, I would have been happy to return your call had I missed it.

My husband and I are deeply dissatisfied with the service we have received, or lack thereof, from Landmark. We will never use this company again for any home updates, *** ** **** ***** ********* *****
We have been waiting for 6 months for Landmark to come make repairs to an exterior door we purchased through them, and we continue to wait. It is under warranty, and we also paid the deductible for the services, and have been given the run around for a half a year, while our door continues to get worse and worse. It has gotten to the point where it is now sealed off to keep pests and weather elements out, and it is unusable for my family.
We find their office staff to be unorganized *** **************. The detailed intentional report and pictures of the door damage they asked for were not given to the service person that first came out to assess the repair, and he essentially came in "blind" and had no idea what the repair would require. It would have been a simple fix and would have saved so much time, money for their own company, and headache if the service person could have been given the report and photos and came prepared. *** ****** ***** **** ********* **** ********* *** ******* ****** *** ******* Now we wait and wait for the service worker to return with the required new part while our door continues to worsen.
Trying to communicate with this company is frustrating. It's a message system, and you can expect emails and phone messages to go completely unanswered or a long delay in response.
We were also told that there is only one service worker for all of Ontario, which is why we wait. The absurdity of this is astounding.
My husband and I are extremely patient, understanding and reasonable people. But this has been the worst service of our 20 years as home owners.Landmark Home Solutions

I am so discussed with this company. I had 2 doors installed almost $10.000.00 lifetime warranty and Canadian made, ****. My front door was installed hinged on the wrong side to how the door should open and my window lite was not the design I chose. This was for my front door. It has been over a year and a half of constant phone calls and empty promises when I finally get.to speak to a customer service employee which are many. They do not answer phones, when message is left and you never can speak to or find a manager to complain. * ***** *** ********* **** ******* ** ** ***. I will now be contacting the Better Business Bureau. This is so much money wasted. I’m paying my bill each month now what about Landmark’s duty to me, the customer for their part of my contract? 1 starThis company does everything in it's power to negate their warranty integrity. Windows were purchased in 2015. They were missing drainage tabs, and now the hand pulls have come off rendering them extremely difficult and dangerous to open/close. Although Landmark originally agreed to service the windows, they have now recanted claiming that I have failed to produce the "warranty" despite the fact that "Lifetime Warranty" is hand written by their agent right on the receipt. First, it was a delay due to shipping schedules for parts, then they questioned proof of purchase despite receipts, and now they refuse to correspond further with me.
For reasons unknown, Landmark originally agreed to service 2 of a total of 6 windows, but now that I have provided the receipt for all 6 windows, they are refusing to service ANY of the windows pursuant to the warranty written on the receipt. They claim that I have failed to provide the warranty document, but I'm beginning to wonder if they ever gave me one considering that the "Lifetime Warranty" is hand written on my receipt.
Instead, Landmark has offered to service the windows under their CURRENT WARRANTY, which would result in significant cost to me (such as labour and mileage). I've pursued this matter in good faith now for 3 years, but the company keeps sending service technicians who aren't equipped to resolve the problems, telling me that this is a "courtesy", and flip-flopping on their original commitment.
In my opinion, their office staff have been **************, demeaning, critical *** ****** ****.
Today I requested a copy of the warranty document that they claim I am missing so that I know what I am looking for, IF it exists. I've had to cull through my deceased father's estate settlement papers in an effort to produce something that I'm not even sure we received. I thought a visual might help, but Landmark has not responded.
