    CHR Roofing shingled our roof in the spring of 2018. Prior to their work we never had any roof issues. Then the next winter our roof leaked and we had ice build up where they failed to properly repair where they removed the chimney. They shingled over our vents and we had to have them come back to get the vents installed. ***** (CHR Roofing owner) refused to come andrepair our roof despite promising to, until I removed my original ****** review,which I would not do. So, aspromised, I am updating all now thatthe situation has come to an impasse and ***** has defied the agreed upon Small Claims Court restitution to us.Four years ago we were left with no choice but to hire a reputable company to come and reshingleone entire side of our roof at a cost of over $2,300.00. We have attempted to recoup this money from CHR Roofing/********************* with no success, as they refused to honour their 10 year roof warranty, so we went through Small Claims Court.A court settlement was reached but has not been paid to us. Very much regret the day we hired CHR Roofing, and hope our experience forewarns others.
