I ordered the smart heated gloves from them on January 1, 2023. It was misleading, but they said they were a pre-order and had 18 months to fulfill the order. Since July 1, 2024 I have been entitled to a product or refund and they refuse to respond to my inquiries. I placed an order for Quanta Vici Smart Heated gloves on January 8th, 2023. Total price paid was $184.19. After a brief period of several weeks I reached out to inquire on my unfulfilled order and was told the item was on back order. I reached out several times over the year 2023 and was given the same answer. I have now reached out twice in 2024 and I am no longer receiving a response from the company. I have asked for a refund several times but have never had a response to my request.Initial Complaint

I ordered a cassette online from Quanta Vici on August 14 2023 and received a confirmation email about the order from them. Order #****** confirmed.
My credit card was billed on Aug 14 2023 for USD 135.58 @1.3805 = 187.17 CND.
I never received another email indicating that they shipped the cassette.

Ordered January 23, 2023. NEVER RECEIVED ORDER. Contacted the company multiple times and they kept assuring me that my order would ship out soon. Then they started to just ignore my emails. Whenever I call customer service the customer service is "Unavailable" so you can only leave a message and not actually speak to a real person. * ******* **** ******* ** ****. They just take you money and hope you forget about it. I spent $388 on a pair of gloves and socks and did not receive either one. Again, it's been OVER A YEAR! I expect a FULL refund. On their site if you cancel your order they charge you $40 which is ridiculous because I don't want to cancel because I regret my purchase, I want to cancel because of their mistakes. I *********** this company. When they delivered their product back on 10/10/21, I immediately noticed that their product was in the incorrect size. After a year delay, I finally returned the product to the company and provided them with the tracking info from **** (can supply upon request). Since 9/7/23, I have not heard a thing from the company, despite over a year of the return having been processed. Since the end of Dec. 2023 I have sent 25 e-mails requesting help regarding the non delivery of my paid for order. Each time Quanta Vici has an automatic/default e-mail saying they received my request and that they would process my compliant. They never follow up!!! Are they a scam online operation? I purchased heated gloves Oct 2021. Upon arrival in Dec 2021 the gloves did not work. I have email correspondence back dated to then with the company, including video proof of the faulty product. After months of emails, They said I could have a refund or new batteries in April 2022. I decided to choose new batteries (which I had to pay shipping for). They never arrived. The company kept saying back ordered. 10 months later I asked for a refund in Dec 2022. It has been 4 months since and they just got back to me and denied my request. **** *** * ******** ****. My wife and I ordered heated gloves ****** ******** as a gift for someone on January 3, 2023, and the product still has not been delivered. We have not been able to reach anyone by telephone, and we have only been able to communicate with Quanta Vici through chat messages. We asked to have our order canceled but were told that the order could not be canceled and should arrive next week. This chat took place on January 23, 2023. On February 1st, the chat message from Quanta Vici was as follows: We completely understand your frustration and sincerely apologize for not being upfront.
As of yesterday, Quanta Vici said that our order now is on hold. ***** ******* ** * ********* ** ********** ***** *** inaccurate and changing responses that Quanta Vici has provided us.

I have reviewed the response made by the business and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.
With that said, the product was FINALLY delivered 4 months late. Terrible company still, but I am glad the product was delivered.
