    I ordered gloves 2 years ago, paid $175 and have not received the gloves or my money back, even though they keep promising to ship them.

    * ** ********* **** ****** ***** I sent my non-working gloves back to them at my cost, shipping from the UK. That was about a year ago. I was promised a replacement in the fall and now it's December. I have called and emailed and don't get a response. Do not buy from this company. I am going to Toronto in a few months and will personally knock on their door to see if they are still in business. ******

    I placed an order December 2022, it is now almost 7 months since my order and I have not received the heated gloves. I was told shortly after I placed my order to review a page on their website which indicated there may be a delay in shipping my order and this delay could be as late as April of 2023. I chose to wait for my product and I still have not received it despite numerous emails. I tried calling customer Service and they are not accepting calls. This company has ******* ** *** ** my money.

    ** *** ***** **** **** ******** The owner Adrien B. does not answer any inquiries. I have called every day to the company number and they are never available to talk, they do not answer emails or chatbox. I also called a cell phone which the bank provided me to contact him, again no answers except a text to tell me he can not talk right now. I have tried these numbers and emails many times to no avail.
    I believe I will never receive my helmet and even if I were ever to receive it I would not feel confident in its safety as I'm sure whatever they send me would more than likely be a knockoff or unsafe. ** *** ***** **** **** *********
    You can order the same helmet from ****** and receive it in a few days. In the end the cost is the same but you actually receive it. ** * *** * ****** * ***** **** ** * ******

    ** *** ** ***** **** ****** ***** Ordered gloves as a gift 2022 November and promised 2022 December delivery. They then changed it to April 2023. It is now May 23, 2023 and I have not received my gloves. They do not respond to emails (more then 9 emails sent) and when you phone in they say "customer service is not available." Worse company ever.
