    Had my policy with them for about 4 to 5 years…called up one day to add another vehicle to my policy, was asked for my phone number , they said they couldn’t find it in the system, offered up other info for them to check for, was told they can’t do it any other way. Decided to call back next day and get someone **** *********. He found me right away, but then tells me I don’t have a policy with them anymore ???? He says it had been cancelled and that they could rewrite the policy but I would start back at 0 star rating! I asked who cancelled the policy, cause it certainly wasn’t me, couldn’t tell me, they said they sent a letter, never received anything, no email, no phone call and no ******* letter. ******* ** * *****

This time however was a different story- I wanted a refund. I was told I had 10 days to change my mind and would receive a refund. I realized my credit card included travel insurance and there was no need for an additional cost.I called to cancel and the customer service rep had to consult with a "Ryan" *** * ** ******** *** * ********** * ******* ****** ** **** * ***** who wanted proof I had other insurance and wanted me to provide my credit card info and policy number . I told the rep that was no one's business and I had the prerogative to cancel if I wanted to - on Ryans directive , he gave me the hardest time and kept me on hold for a ridiculous amount of time - ** ****** ***** * ********** ** ***** ** * ********** ** **** * ****** **** ** ** * *** ****** * *** ****** ******* **** I was granted a refund. *** ********** * * **** ***** *** *** ******** ******* *** *** *** ** *** ***** **** * *** *** *** ** ***** *** ***** ** **** *** *** ******* *** *************** ** ***** **** ***** *** **** ******* *** ********* *** *** ********* *** **** ** ********** I will think twice before dealing with CAA ever again when it comes to travel. *** *** ** ******** **** ******* * *** *** ******* *** ** ****** ** ***** ** ***

    ignition coil caught fire late nov 2023 melting wiring and sensors. claim filed dec 6. got rental dec 7. vehicle was supposed to be picked up from shop dec. 8. picked up dec. 12. spoke to adjuster dec. 13. Now feb. 2 and have not heard anything. spoke with claims dept and CRT with no more info on claim. have tried calling Ombuds services with no one picking up the phone there.. rental extension ran ran out so no vehicle or resolution on claim. * *** *** ***** ***** *** ** ***** **** ******** ********

    Car accident, did not hear from an Adjuster for a week. First contact from Adjuster they just gathered info that was already gathered by the collision center, Broker etc and 50 other forms you fill out for an accident. Since then tons of errors, delays and poor service for my claim. Currently I have no vehicle and I am on the hook for the rental vehicle that my Broker told me to front with my Credit card and CAA would eventually cover. CAA one person did let me know the rental was approved on the phone, I asked for this in writing, never received, now it is not covered. The only thing they did was write-off my vehicle and offer me a significantly lower amount then the actual vehicle value (bought the vehicle 1 year ago and offered me almost 50% less than what I paid). I did not accept and asked for the amount that will buy me the exact vehicle I lost, no response since then. So stressful
    They get you to pay for a rental on your credit card and it will not be covered. *** ****** *** ******* **** **** *** *** **** *** ***** *** *** *** ** * *** **** ***** ** *******. You don't know this till it is too late.
    Try to have everything in email and record phone calls, **** ****** ***** ** ** *** I did this and encourage you to do this. I am in the process of ******* **** *** **** ** * ****** *** ** ***** ** *** go after what I am owed, plus plus plus. *** **** *** *** ***** **** ***** ******* ******* ***** ***** ** **** **** ** *** ****** In the end this will cost them much more and waste a ton of time for me. *** ******* **** ** *******

CAA was unresponsive, unsupportive, and bias in their complaint resolution process. I was left with unanswered questions and a large bill of repairs that they deemed to be mechanical failure unrelated to the accident which is ludicrous! ***** ** * ****** ***** ****** *** ** **** ******* **** *** ************ *** ********** *** *** **** *** *** *** ** **** ******** ** **** ****.     CAA cancelled my house insurance with minimal notice due to the cast iron plumbing system.

    Car Insurance: had a theft in april 2023, it took more than a month to resolve so I incurred excess car rental fees. Confusing customer service and expectation. Paid me instead of the leasing company. Poor administration.
