This is for their ******** **** Location. So I purchased 3 facials and I used 1. Now I wanted a refund for 1 of the facials, I went to the store and they said I can only get a store credit to buy a product and that I have to email the location on Steeles Ave to get the store credit. I emailed and they responded by saying that it was discounted and to get the store credit I would have pay the full amount and then get the store credit. So I paid $150 and they want me to pay another $150 now to get a $150 store credit. They are fooling me, by saying I need to pay the full amount to get the store credit. I should have known better to not pay in full first before the service. Now I feel scammed and would like to get my money back for the 2 facials remaining. Is that possible, I still have 2 facials left, I don’t feel safe going to do the other facials after this complaint, what should I do?
