      Very poor. I purchased a 50% off on a facial. $299. And then the aesthetician asked if I wanted my neck done as well. No mention of price. Well, to my astonishment it was also $299. *** other ***** ** ** aesthetician suggests an addition and it costs extra money, I am informed. If they do not mention a cost, It is complimentary. I am so disappointed and really feel "*****". I mentioned my disappointment and received NO RESPONSE, EXPLANATION OR RECOMPENSE or even the words that, "we are sorry and will review this unfortunate practice".
