      ***** ** ***** … I looked into consultation of my dept I thought I was looking into a legit business. I had a person contact me and suggested that I should use this company to check out my past Income Tax returns as I may have money from the past owed to me .. to be honest I thought this was odd as I have always used an Income Tax company to file my taxes since I was 15 years old and now more recently an accountant to file my taxes and have ALWAYS PAID IF I OWED !! Well this company went back to 2017 and found that I was to receive a little over 500.00 dollars that was missed even told me I would receive the money on Friday May 16 2025 .. I NEVER received any money .. I informed Canada Tax Review I would not be paying them any money as I never received a credit .. they then informed me that they would look again . Well they came back with a new credit amount of over 800.00 dollars that was owed and it would be paid out on July 4 2025 … guess what never happened!! I did how ever received notice that I would have to pay the CRA back all of my GST payments for 2023 as I had changed my marital status and the money I received for my partner ( who doesn’t work ) I claimed as a dependent..
      I have told Canada Tax Review that I did not receive any of this money they claim is owed to me but i however did receive a bill from CRA .. I do find it ironic that my martial status changed as I never changed it . I contacted my accountant and she informed me that my partner is legitimately included on my taxes.
      I did however receive the Advanced Worker benefits which part of was kept to pay back the GST I was not eligible for . This company has made my life a miserable experience financially.. **** *** *** ** ** ******* . They are now threatening to take me to collections and Legal action which I will pay for according to them . Their bill is 242.06 which is 33% of the 800.00 I was apparently received. I AM NOT RECEIVING ANY MONEY I AM PAYING MONEY BACK !!

I ended up owing money to CRA. I spoke with a case manager (***** *****r) who told me that they would reimburse me the money I paid into them when I originally got a refund. It has been over three months and I have not received the money I paid into them. * ***** **** *** ***** ***** **** **** **** ****** *** ********

      They called my cell phone and left a voicemail, They texted my cell phone as well! I have NO IDEA who these people are, never authorised for them to call or TEXT me. Very unprofessional. Just for that I would NEVER do business with them. **** ***** ** ******* **** *** * ***** Who in there right mind would give them their SIN number!

      ** * ***** **** * * ****** **** *** * *******  All the work they do for you especially when you are on disability you can do yourself in a few key strokes and then their company **** you of most of your returns they would find, and by the time you figure out its a **** and you could have just done it all yourself and want to cancel, they expect you to pay $300 for what? for digging into your personal information and ******* you of your money you rightly get and need because your on disability *** ****** ****** ** *** **** ***** ** **** ***** **** *** ******* ********* *** ************* **** *** **** *** ****** **** **** ** ******** ***** ** ******

      I just received an email requesting my payment of 33% of a tax review. I did not request this to be done and am not willing to pay. If this was actually owed to CRA they would have deducted the amount before sending me the payment. **** ** * **** ** *** ***** *****  I hope they cant access my account ** * **** **** ** ** **** ****** ** *** ********

      * ** * ****** ****** ** * *** this company went into my account UNAUTHORIZED and took payment without my permission. They were to call this friday and make a payment arrangement with me as I could not afford 750.00 out of one paycheck. They went into my account and took the money. I called and asked them to reverse it but i was willing to pay 250.00 out of the 750.00. 2 days of calls with promises of a manger would call me and work with me, they left notes and said nope can't help. ***** **** *** *** *** *******. I now have no money *** ********* ** *** for 2 weeks.       This CTR has been contacted us yearly which we don't ask their service.We never ask their service and we have our own accountant who did our tax yearly. They threaten us to sue us if we didn't pay their service.This is too much. *** *** ** ********** this company by accessing our information without our knowledge. ****** **** ** *** ** *** **** ********

      **** **** *** ********* I never gave them any paper for my tax return but once I did a enquiry after that they keep calling me and two years later they said they did a 10 years tax review without my concern any sending me invoices on email shows that I owe money for them sending ******* through call and text gonna hit my credit file case against me **** * ***** *** ****** ****** ***** ****** ****** *** **** ***** also I find my sin which they send me is not belongs to me ** **** *** ******* ***** ** *********** ** *** **** *** ******* **** ****** ** *** ** ******** ***** ****** *** ******* ** *******

      I continue to get *********** e-mails to "update my phone number". I have never once used this service nor have I heard of it before this year. They kept spam e-mailing me since February of 2024 to give them "updated" information regarding a service recently rendered, despite doing my taxes by a professional firm with no affiliation to ******* company in MARCH of 24.
      After repeated requests to have the e-mails stopped, they have not.
      I feel the company is PHISHING for my information ** ******* *******.
