    Auto Capital is not a good financial company . I have had my car for 3 years and have been making regular payments. I asked for the payout amount in March 2024 . It was 30000 . When I s asked again 1 year later it was still $3000. All my payments is going to interests and the car loan is not going down . I am in the negative equity my car is worth less than what I now **** * ***** ****** *** ******** * asked them to refinance my loan and they refused to help me at all . ***** ******* **** *** **** **** ******* **** *** * *** *** . I am so disappointed with this company . I wish I didn’t finance my car with them .

    **** ******* ****** ** *** ** *** **** ***** *** ******* ********* ************ *** * ********* ******** ***** ** ******* **** ***** I refinanced my 2016 ********** ********* nearly two years ago, have paid over $10,000 in total and they’re claiming I have only paid $5,000-$6,000 towards the balance which is making it next to impossible for my to get out of this problematic vehicle (that I’ve been trying to trade in for well over one year now). **** ******* ***** ** ** ************* I’d like to know where my money is actually going if not an actual way out of this extremely bad car loan.

    I am beyond disappointed with Auto Capital. The customer service here is absolutely horrible — the staff are ****, *********, and completely unprofessional. I was transparent with them about losing my full-time job, and as soon as I secured a new one starting June 11, 2025, I informed them right away. I even made an arrangement with one of their representatives, and they agreed I could catch up on my payment at the end of the month.
    Despite this agreement, I’ve been ******** and threatened with repossession. This is unacceptable, especially considering I’ve consistently paid my car loan and only have 8 months left. They are now trying to take my car — after all the effort I’ve made to communicate and stay on track.
    This is not how you treat customers who are doing their best and being honest. I will never recommend Auto Capital to anyone. ** *** ***** ********** ******** *** ****** ******* * **** **********

    really am struggling with thus company. The last of honesty , saying one thing doing something else. No responses, ignoring issues all lead to bad service. Not to mention ******* *** derogatory shots at the client. I am requesting either you return my $96.50 as I was told of I paid the $50.00 the stop to those would be done, instead it was not. So I would either like that money returned or taken off the Feb. 14 payment.

    Honestly they owe me my overpayment after paying them along witg my release form.. When I brought it to their attention they said there wasn't an overpay even though they knew how much I owed them wheb they wanted they're money. They reced the payment in May 2024. I told them in july about the overpayment. It is now August 2024. They gave me a run around to say they will send a cheque and then to my bank account and then a cheque and now the payment is Being processed. I asked to speak to a manager two days ago. I was told Shiprea T. would be contacting me and I have not heard anything from anyone since. This is so unprofessional and very stressful and beyond confusing. Now they are saying two weeks I will receive the payment. But when we first spoke about it they said I would receive the payment before that.

    recently had a horrendous experience with Autocapital, a car finance company **** * ***** ******** ****** ****** ** ***** ***** *** I paid off my loan a staggering 12 days ago, yet they have failed to provide me with the necessary lien release letter. This is not just a minor inconvenience; it's preventing me from transferring ownership of the vehicle to a buyer and on top of that they pulled a payment from my bank after I paid off the total loan as this hasn’t been reverse after 3 weeks.
    Despite numerous calls and emails to their customer service department, I have been met with nothing but empty promises and excuses. They continually assure me that they'll send the letter promptly, but it never arrives. This level of ************ *** disregard for their customers' needs is completely unacceptable.

    This company has been phoning me daily for over a year trying to collect on someone with a similar name to mine. I have spoken to their representatives twice to let them know they've got the wrong person, and they have assured me they would take my phone number off their automated call list. They have continued to call and leave messages - probably several hundred messages in all.
    I'd never had a car loan in my life. ***** **** *** **** ******** ******** ******* I'm guessing to collect fees from someone else.

    I have never missed a payment with this company. On July 14, 2023, I noticed that this company pulled TWO payments from my bank account. Ad of today July 26, 2023, the money still has not been refunded and everytime I call I am told it will be in my account that day. Today while speaking with them, I am told that if it isn't in my account tomorrow, they will skip a payment. At this point, I do not believe them as they keep telling me different stories. I have not received any notification from them via mail or email with updates to this situation. When asking them if they could email me a confirmation that they will not pull payment they told me they cannot send emails. That the call is recorded for verification.
    Some resolution to this problem would be greatly appreciated.

    I have not had an issue with Auto Capital as of yet. I need help with my payment coming up next week and then start paying again as my regular payments continue biweekly. I had to do this a month ago and did and did a deferral but I honestly need 1 more to get me out of this hole cause I was off work for a month. So this would be me asking for help 2 times in a month but always paid biweekly for a year without any problems. It’s only cause I missed work for a month and this is why I’m behind. Can I do 1 last deferral payment with Auto Capital then continue my biweekly payments as usual? Thanks.
