    ***** *** ********* **** ****** The customer service is non existent. They have not replied to my emails for 4 months now. They will not answer your phone call and instead they will hang up on you after you've waited on hold for 1-2 hours. I tried contacting them on ******* and I did receive a response there but it was nothing helpful and only provided false hope as they told me to contact their support by phone or email. I have sent multiple emails in the past 4 months and none have received a response. Thankfully my insurance is up end of February and I got insurance with a different company whose basic customer service felt like absolute heaven after dealing with the nightmare **** ** *****. I hope there is no auto renewal with my Onlia insurance as I emailed then to not renew since I found insurance elsewhere. They never responded, of course, so we'll see. ** * ***** **** **** **** *** **** ****** * ****** **** ****** ** ******** **** *** ******* ******** ***** ****

    Can’t talk to anyone, live chat doesn’t work, emails go unanswered. I didn’t choose to go with Onlia, they bought out the brokerage I was with.

    **** ** *** **** ************** *** ********** ******** I'm starting to wonder if they even have humans working there or if it's all AI. I have been trying to cancel my car insurance policy for three weeks for a vehicle we SOLD. I've sent multiple emails with no response, called and waited for an hour on hold and then the system just hung up on me because I had been on hold for too long. There is no way to contact anyone and in the meantime I'm still being charged for a policy I do not need. I also tried to file a claim just to try to get someone on the phone and the system said I wasn't in their area and hung up on me! ** *** *** ********* **** **** ********

    Onlia honestly went from a user friendly online insurance company, to a company I couldn't wait to drop. This happened when they were bought and absorb into *** insurance.
    It was only once an issue arose (inaccessible website) that I learned how bad they had gotten.
    We have 2 cars that were both insurers, and I misplaced my pink insurance document. I was going online to request a replacement. At this point, I discovered that only one of my cars was listed. The following day, I tried to place my first call to determine if my car was still covered. I ended up hanging up after 2 hours. I then emailed. And a couple of days later, I emailed again. I then tried calling again, and after a little over 2 hours on the phone, an automated message came on the line and said the office was closed. I then emailed again. I was finally able to reach someone on December 13th, and was able to cancel my insurance, or more requesting that it not be renewed in January. I still have not had a returned email
    Today (Jan 21) they attempted to withdraw from my card. And now, I get to try again to get in touch with someone about this.

    Onlia stopped taking my payments claiming a technical problem , then threatened to cancel, then linked me to another company that was 10 times the current premium. Many hours on hold with no answer. Sent emails with questions and the response stated a representative would be in touch.
    WHAT IS GOING ON.
    Tried to get help with Insurance regulators, Ombudsmen , RIBO and whoever else I could. **** *** *** ********** **** ****************

    ***** **** ****** **** ***** ******* ** **** ********* ******** Have been trying to reach them for 3 weeks - at least 50 calls, multiple emails and online change requests - and still have not heard from them. We had to get a policy elsewhere to ensure our new car has coverage and we’re still paying onlia for the old car that car we no longer own because we cannot cancel.

    i have been trying to contact this insurance company for over a month now, i have contacted the ombudsman, ********* ********** ************ *********, *****, *********** ********* with absolutely no help at all.

    Does anyone actually work here? I cancelled online, then I get a notice that my payment wasn't processed and they gave me 2 days notice that this would be cancelled by THEM stating that this would go against my record as a non-payment cancellation, which can effect my record. I had cancelled over 2 months ago. Now I can't access my account, tried emailing, calling...no one answers the phone at this place.

    Post merger with another company, they have been upto some ***** business, hiking up rates, forcing random policies on the clients , auto renewing policies without consent and not responding to client emails or calls. **** ***** ** ** ************* *** **** *** **** *** ******* ** ** ** ******** *** ** **** ********* ****** ** **** ********* ******
