      Ting has been promising service for quite a while now. They have sent postcards and had a happy hour at Brewery and on 9/21 I received that they were going to start construction. To date nothing has happened and in 3 attempts to call Ting, noone would even check a schedule to tell me what was going on.

      It does not seem like Ting is wanting or is unable to fulfill their commitment to install internet at my property and I wish they would just be upfront instead of stringing people along when they aren't going to keep their agreement and the customer service representatives won't answer any questions.

      It was only $8 deposit, it's more about the complete lack of service and lack of care for what they promised Ting would deliver.

      One of our managers spoke to ***** ******** on Friday, October 27th and is currently investigating the status of the build plans for their area to determine timelines. Once that is complete, we will reach out with updated information and next steps.

      I am rejecting this response because: No one has reached out, other neighbors have their modem install date, I still have not been contacted by anyone nor do I have any updates on construction or installation. Just responding by saying someone will reach out, is not really fixing the issue.

      I ported my Ting Mobile number out to ******* in 2022. Unlike other mobile services, just because you no longer have a mobile number with them doesn't mean your mobile account is closed.

      I contacted Ting late last year, and was told I needed to call back. I called back today (2/28/2023) because the mobile app is no longer working. I went to the website, and I can no longer view my past bills. I called Ting Mobile support, and got a recording that a system was offline, delaying responses, but the call just disconnected. I tried the help chat, and that is also offline.

      I just want the information I need from my bill so I can make sure it's paid in full and cancel the account entirely!

      Never used Ting before. Card was randomly hit for the service today, and now I have to dispute with my bank. They have NO ACCOUNT with my name tied to it or no signed agreement of me using their services yet are charging a card with MY NAME on it.

      I cancelled my Ting phone number on Dec 5, 2022, yet it is still holding access my gmail accounts hostage. because the SIM card or APN they gave me through T-Mobile or Dish get dying unless I had my ******* Wifi rented gatway on. It was no longer able to be a backup phone to *******. *** ******** **** ****** ********* *** *** **** ***** ******* ******** ***** ********* **** Ting reps I have reached using my ******* VOIP phone have used at least 5 different excuses for why the SIM card died after I tried to sign up for a social media account by inputting the mobile number into my ******* ethernet connected PC to get a text on the phone. The ******* rented gateway requires wifi on at all times, even when I don't use it and I can't turn it off. Ting reps have said "we need your full cc # because u didn't pay" **** ** *** **** ******** "your wifi calling needs to be on" **** * *** ******** ** ** ******** ******* **** ********* **** *** ****** "call your phone manufacturer" (?!), "we'll send you new SIM card") (new card didn't work). I tried another phone carrier's SIM card, it too wouldn't work unless my ******* gateway on. All my devices hacked, wifi-bluetooth, router settings, firewall and security settings changed. ** **** **** **** ****** ***** ************** ******* *** **** ******* ******* ******* **** ** **** ***** **** ****

      Ting**** is ******** my money under someone else's name. I don't know how my card information was taken, but they refuse to take off the card from their system. Even after reporting to my bank that this card is ********** and that the company refuses to help me. ** **** ****** ****** even though I have no account under ting. They ********* me with collection even though I had never used their services.
      ** **** **** ** ******* they are forcing me to take it to court; **** ** ***** **** ******* ** ********* ******* ********* *** ************ *** ********** They even said they would charge me more now because I disputed with my bank.

      My bank and I keep disputing and winning because they have no agreement under my name but continue to charge me *** **** ** ***** ** *********** ******* ** ****** *****. ** ** *** ****** *** ** **** ** **** ******** *** **** ******* ****** *** ** *** ********** ** ****** *** *** I got to close my banking account
      to stop them I heard from charging since they keep changing the reason why they are allowed to charge me under a completely different name on their account.
