      I left ting last month and was charged after I left I tried to get my money back they claim they don't have any information on my account that they needed a email address for my account I gave them my email but still insists they can't find the email I sent them a screenshot of my account but still say they can't find anything this company took money from my account and pretending they can't find my account they are * ****** who takes people money and make it seems like you were never with them to justify charging you for switching to another carrier I ported out my number in November and was charged in December *** **** ****** * ****** *******

      **** ******* *****!! If you miss a payment they’ll tell you that you have 3 days to resolve the matter but then the next day they turn your service off. They really don’t give you 3 days. They give you a few hours after they send you an email telling you that you have 3 days to pay the bill.

      The worst telecommunications company that I have dealt with in the last 45 years. Poor service, no help. All support is overseas, English is not native language. Ting owes me money. I can prove it by email sent by Ting admitting that they owe me.

      i bought a **** * last may 2022 i wanted to return it because its not working it shut off suddenly its defective. 5 hours on customer service troubleshooting no resolution. i want to return the phone and get a refund. ting will not refund me it was three months of continuous calls in to customer service about the phone not working properly. now i have a loss of 100 dollars and a non working phone. i want to return phone for a full refund. ******** does not honor refunds from phones sold by vendors.
