    Order received December 3 th and upon opening box damaged product.
    Holiday Magic double milk bags #****** I email Lindt no response. I have called them x 3 only for them to say they will pass on my concerns to head office. No answers.
    Called them again today with no solutions or refund offered.

    I used the Lindt website to order some chocolate. When trying to finalize my order, I kept getting error messages. So I finally gave up. When I checked my email later, I found out that they HAD accepted my order THREE TIMES. I immediately followed the requested process, which is to email them. I have yet to receive any answer. The chocolate was shipped and charged to my credit card. ALL THREE IDENTICAL ORDERS. I don't understand how the site says that if you have any questions about your order to email them, but the orders go out waaaaaaaaay before anyone checks the emails. Their website cheated me out of $300! I don't want all this chocolate!!! I have emailed about a thousand times, I have called them twice and I have chatted with them through ********. I have yet to receive any response* * ** ***** ** *** ******* *** ** ** ********* ***** ******* ***** ******* *** *** ******* *** ****** ** ******* ***** ***** ******** * ** ********** *******. Can you please help me get my money back? The order numbers (I have them memorized now!) are ***********, *********** and ***********. Thank you.

    November 15 opened account and placed first order at 1:51pm with lindt.ca for $73.27 for chocolate Order #*********** Ship on November 16 with a tracking number *** **: ************ November 25, found parcel had been delivered on November 17, 3:16pm, but not to our address--to ** ****** St. in Brockville instead of ** ****** St. Lyn--even though it says our address on *** ** delivery page, the photo is NOT our address. My personal info is now in the hands of unknown persons.
    Contacted lindt.ca. and got automated replies only.
    November 28 father called Lindt and got runaround from two service reps, one named Skye B. The first one charged us with contacting *** ** even though we didn't hire them, they did. I tried contacting *** **, but their AI just took me in circles. There is no *** ** outlet in our area, only two kiosks at local stores, not actual *** ** employees, and no one who can help us. * **** ******** *********** *** ** ***** ******* ** ***** **** * **** ** ******* ******** *** *** *** *** ****** ** ** ***** ** **** **** **** *** ** ******* ******** *** *** **** ******** **** ** ***** **** **** * ***** ** ** ****** ** ** ********** *** ** ******* ******** * ****** ****** **** ** ** ****** *** ** *********** ***** ******* ******* *** ******* ** *** *** ** ********* *** * ****** ****** **** **** ** *** ******* ** ****** *** **** ****** ** ***** **** *** *** *** **** ******** ***** ** *** ********** ************** *** *** **** ****** **** ***** *********. They treated me as some sort of huckster, trying to scam them. Given twenty years of online shopping experience, having never experienced anything like this before, I’m left with the impression that they’re giving us the run around until we give up. *** ** is an impenetrable fortress.
    I paid for items that I did not receive because of *** **’s incompetence, because Lindt hired them. I am out the money and the items, and neither company is taking responsibility. An apology would've helped greatly.
