    I tried to contact them to make a complaint against the chocolate I received after the chocolate is missing, and there’s a white stuff in the middle which the last week I ate a chocolate I was very sick. They will not pick up my phone. I’ve been driving, trying a few quite a few times today and they keep on hanging up my phone call about to make a complaint.

    I made an online purchase on Dec. 14/22 in the amount of $133.88. My credit card was charged on Dec. 15/22. The website assured delivery by Dec. 24/22. By Dec. 29/22, I had still not received my purchase. I filed 2 inquiries and was told by an employee on Dec. 29/22 that my order would be filled. My online account indicated that the order was "Processing". Lindt's customer service representative told me that they were having "technical difficulties". On Jan. 4/23, I emailed Lindt and told them to either fill the order immediately, or return my money and credit my credit card. On Jan. 5/23, I received a confirmation that the amount of my purchase would be returned to my credit card. I received a further email from Lindt, Customer Service with numerous email addresses copied and believing that the individuals copied were 'employees', I responded to find out that they were NOT employees but customers, as I heard from many of them. This is a breach of one's privacy, divulging email addresses. This process with Lindt has been a nightmare and their 'technical difficulties' are not my problem. I'd like the return of my money forthwith. There were no issues charging my credit card one day after the online purchase was made and do not understand why a credit is so difficult for Lindt to process.
