    I wish I had read the reviews on here or elsewhere prior to using them. They verbally promised to provide 18 leads a month. They provided 1 last month. I am now stuck paying this company for another 10 months or have to pay a ridiculous contract cancellation fee.

    We are a small company just starting out and definitely, cannot afford to be wasting money, however after the sales rep assured us with screenshots of all the leads we'd get and the business we'd receive, and the work we'd be able to give to our new hires, we decided to give it a go since we were promised, "lots of work". In fact, we have a screenshot of a text message sent to us from the sales rep assuring us of this very "fact" saying "There will be no shortage of work" and "You will have consistent work".
    We've been a member for 2 months paying $300 / month and we've received absolute no leads. Every lead we got either did not reply, or expected us to provide services for dirt cheap, was actually a scammer sending mass service requests, and in short, not once brought us any money. We could have made more money posting for FREE on ****** or ********.
    ....The worst thing is, the sales associates as they are trying to sign you up try and take advantage of your common humanity. They promise success, they give you so much assurance and empathy for your concerns that you develop enough trust to sign up. You read the contract as you would any contract, scanning the important parts, however, the biggest loudest thing in your mind is the guarantees the sales reps are promising. Then when you find out it was a complete waste of money with no value at all, you realize that the terms of use literally leave the company completely unaccountable for ANYTHING. The terms basically say that an employee can *** ** *** or advertising can be false, and they will not be held liable.
    They are * *****HIDING BEHIND TERMS OF USE of which the concerns YOU SHOULD BE WORRIED ABOUT are heavily DOWN{PLAYED and reassured by the sales reps....
    ********** ***** *** ****** *** ***** ******* ** *** **** I'm not letting this go. THIS IS DAMAGING TO SMALL BUSINESSES. We have blocked their charges and we're taking this to the end. **** ****** **** ** ** ***** **** **** ** * ******** *****

    They phoned me. I asked if 1 month membership was ok. They said yes. Guess its a 12 month. Go to end, they so no. I ask to reverse charged and cancel membership, they say no. They say they cant cancel my membership, but really they dont want to stop taking my money.. A day after i asked to cancel(impossible to get a hold of) kept saying its super compilcated. I said cancel the membership or ill dispute the charges and they literally threatened me saying i shouldnt do that. Well its easy to end a membership i guess its hard for you to say no to keep taking my money. Worse than thieves. Now they want 700$ cancellation fee? Send to collections i dont care. Im disputing and fighting this charge anyway i can. This is criminal what you do.
