    The customer service now *** ****** *** **** *********** **** ****** *******: Lately the cookies arrive broken. There are two reasons for this. They are not packed but loosely thrown in a box. Secondly the delivery service they use literally tosses the box on my porch. I have this recorded on my video doorbell. You can pay extra for “safe delivery “ but they say that is only to assure that the package is delivered, not to cover damaged goods.
    The response I got from Wufers is that I should complain to their delivery service company, taking no responsibility or liability.

    The cookies are great but for the last few months their delivery times and customer service have been horrible. I have been a loyal customer for almost 2 years and had not had an issue till August 2023. In September there was no issue. October came and I almost did not get my Halloween cookies till November. I pay for a monthly subscription and my box is supposed to be shipped the 1st of the month. They kept saying it was their new distribution companies fault, they use ******. In November I tested the system to see if I purchased boxes if I would get them faster. I purchased two separate boxes on 11/6. I received them on 11/15 and still have not received my subscription. They will not responded to messages unexceptional with a generic reply.

    Terrible customer service and operations. After taking my payment for a monthly delivery service , deliveries have been missed and no one responds to any emails I have sent inquiring about the shipments.
