    Tried to book after sending e-transfer deposit be ignored
    Was told to give availability
    Gave
    Was given a date which was conflict with my schedule as per the Xmas holidays
    Tried to book again in New Year
    Still our schedules didn’t sync
    This business ask for your schedule but you need to fit their schedule not yours
    Asked if I should book elsewhere was told it up to you
    Asked for refund as the schedule never synced and as a first time customer that has NEVER met or entered the business
    Exceptions can be made as a good business if you cannot accommodate the customer
    Also very unprofessional to post clients name on review
    Reviews are in the right of paying customers especially ones that didn’t receive service
    If business has only certain time slot they should post on website so customers can make choice before paying a deposit
