    Terrible service. I had a light strip controller that creates a high pitch whine when in use. Reaching out to customer service was extremely frustrating. Each time, the replies could take up to 15 business days just for a simple reply. It took over a month to get sent a replacement all for it to be the incorrect item, not matching the invoice they sent me for the replacement. Worst customer service I've ever dealt with.

    ******** ********* One of their lights is not working, and they just keep you in a loop with no replacement. I lost money. They don't stand behind their products.

    ***** the product didn't work, worst customer service experience I've had in years trying to return and get my refund. ** *** ****** ****** **** ********. I bought the Nanoleaf 4D product (LED lights that are meant to attach to the back of your TV and mirror the images on your screen). Not only did the adhesive on the back of the lights not stick to anything (I ended up using command hooks), but once I got to the point of setting up the tech, the device failed in about 3 different ways. First, the Nanoleaf setup app wouldn't recognize my lights. After troubleshooting online (the included instructions and video guides on their site were no help), the Home app on my ****** kept crashing while attempting to get it to recognize the lights. The final straw came when, after yet more troubleshooting, I reached the stage of calibrating the lights (so they knew where the corners of my TV were to mirror correctly). I got 2 corners calibrated before the entire lights system crashed and would not restart. The control box connected to the lights, my set up apps, all of it crashed and no amount of resetting or factory resetting made it work again. The lights would turn on when plugged in but that's it. The return process was a nightmare. * ******** ** ********* ** **** *** ** **** ** ********* ** ******* ** ****** **** *** ****** **** ** *** * **** ** **** **** *** **** *** **** ******* They responded maybe once a week via emai. No phone number. Their website chat is hit or miss. They luckily paid for the return shipping, but were about to charge me a $5 'restocking' fee until I said that wouldn't be happening. ***** confirmed they received the product back on Oct. 10, 2024. Through a series of 'mistakes' on their end, I didn't receive my full refund until Nov. 18, 2024. Absolutely unacceptable ** ***** ****** * *** ******** ***** *** ********** *** *** **** ** *** *** **** *** *** *** * **** They've made me into an anti-brand ambassador.

    I recently purchased a set of Nanoleaf outdoor permanent lights. One light strip was defective. I reached out to customer service one of the customer service reps reached out to me, asked me what was happening. I explained my situation. The customer service rep came to my house and brought a new set of lights and stated they want to take the old set and send it to engineering. The customer service rep stated they haven’t had an issue whatsoever with these lights that’s why they wanted them. Thank you ever so much to the customer service team for taking care of me.

    Sold me a 100$ non functioning product. Looking into this company this has been going on for over half a decade, it needs to stop. This business is one of the worst I have ever seen in my entire life. ** ***** ** ******** *** **** ******* ** **** ** **** ******* **** the sheer amount of returns and ******** *******. The lights I purchased made me disconnect from my enterprise network in order to connect. **** ** ********* *** ** *** ******** ******, not only did the app able to detect I was using ***** Configurator, but asked me to disconnect? ********** **** ******** ***** ** ****** I purchased these lights in **** ****** *** ** *** ***** *** ***** ******** ****** ** **** ***** ******** ***** ********** ******** *********

    Worst customer service and does not honor the warranty and *** that you have contacted before, worst decision to buy nanoleaf products
