  WARNING ??
  I was late with one payment and incurred 12 months interest on the total amount of my purchase!!

  their warning info on the front page of the statement and not on page 3 ??

  * ***** **** **** ****** ** ********* The customer service experience from Maritza was ridiculous. My wife made payments on my account instead of hers by mistake. We were told to call in together to transfer the payments to the right account. After one hour five min. on the call asking a million security questions was told to send in a written request, of course I lost it. ************** *** poor customer service. Can't wait wait to have the founds transferred so I can close the account. ***** **** ***** there is other credit companies that appreciate business.
  Not sure how long they going to be in business with this service looking at all the reviews, it's a great mystery how is it they have customers at all.

  Customer Service is awful! I have attempted by email - several times & by phone several times since April 6th, 2023 to have a dispute of an additional charge on my account that was never disclosed resolved. Can never speak to same person, have to review full info/dispute again - which should be logged after every contact. Was told I would have a supervisor return my call - I have yet to hear from a supervisor.
  I just want the additional charge off my account that is now collecting interest. How do I get this company to look into this and get it dealt with - its now almost 2 months. My account has been PAID in full according to my purchase agreement + additional interest because none of my contact info was ever updated on their end and was late but now PAID. They charged an additional $2000.00 that they say was part of my purchase that was supposedly a 'promotional purchase' and if not PAID within terms - would be applied to account. I have pulled Invoice & supporting documents that clarify the total I paid was all that needed to be paid.
  I was never notified by mail (address has not changed - only email that they say they sent correspondence to) or phone until phone call April 6th, 2023 which is when I paid my account in full that my account was due Feb 6th. Yes I did forget but a notification would have been nice that is was coming due, again I paid it in full plus some interest once I got that call.

  be careful when apply for flexiti , you will get hit with a lot of hidden charges , I missed to pay the first installment on $650 amount and the next thing they started charging me with monthly 103$ interest and 150$ credit insurance on a payment of 650$ , that is not logical and not realistic , I only noticed that after 3 months because I don't usually check online statement on those credits cards , of course they never sent an email or call to warn me about the extra charges , i believe **** *** ******** *** they take advantage of the situation , I ended up paying double the borrowed amount of 650$ Just because I defaulted the first installment . I will be closing my account with flexiti as I have no trust in their services.

  * ***** **** ***** ******* ** **** ******** ******* ***** ******* *** will never provide correct information on phone call... Each representative offers different solution and do not record any notes or only writes in their favor. I happened to involve with this company via appliance store which turned my decision into disaster of my life. They gave away wrong information and my balance is more than original purchase with almost $4000 interest charge? What happened to my auto payment installment that were going to flexiti every month? No deduction from balance but they were going to third part insurance which I never agreed on. They said I need to call that company to cancel that and all sudden it was cancelled after a full year.
  Balance is way to higher and they wont offer any solution at all.

  I plan to take Flexiti to small claims court *** ********** ******** ********* *** ******** ******** I only chose them because the retailer said the financing was interest free if paid in equal instalments over 12 months.
  I also plan to expose the large retailer who offered me this so-called "interest free" instalment plan.
  This company and the "reputable" retailer will have to explain themselves publicly so that the general public is aware of the outrageous charges.

  I bought a bed for 1600 and with deep regret *** ***** approved a flexiti card . My plan was to pay this off in 4 months without interest and deferral fee. I did that by Feb however they are after me for another 700.00 . I sent them bank statements for proof and they still keep hounding me for money !! * **** **** ******* ********* ***** *** ****** ** *** **** * **** ** ********** *** **** *** *********** * ****** * ******* *** ***** **** **** *** ******** ** ******* **** ***** ******* ** *** ****** * ***** **** ** **** ** ***** *** *** *** ********** * ******* ** ****** ** it was and still is a total nightmare . ***** ** *** ** *** * ***** *******

  ******** ******* ******** gave me a 0% interest plan, I set up automatic payments, apparently they didn't receive one a year later and instead of informing me a payment was missing they just tacked on a TON of interest and told it was my fault for not noticing that they missed one. **** ******* ****** ** **** *** ********* ********** *********** *** ********** ******** ***** ** *** ****** After several attempts to contact them and being ignored I just paid the ****** card off so I don't damage my credit and cut it up. ***** ***** ******

  Extremely difficult to register, requiring more than a dozen phone calls to discern whether or not my account had been activated or opened. **** *** ********* ********* *** *************** ********* ******** in my case I applied to purchase a $1,500 item so they “approved” my loan request but only offered a minimum of 24 month period at 48.99% APR, plus an additional administrative fee of $59.99. This $1,500 loan of course ALSO factors in the interest. So applying to purchase a $1,500 item would require me to actually be given a credit limit of at least $3,029.99. ** ************ ***** ** ********* ********* * **** ******* **** **** **** ****** **** **** *** ******* ** ******* **** ** *****
