On a weekend. Gas furnace. No heat. Phoned, left message. Prompt return call from Greg. Gave me a time window for his arrival. Called and was earlier than scheduled. Fixed the problem. Perfect service. Thanks Greg.

Excellent annual maintenance service performed on our furnace and air conditioning. Our service tech Greg was very pleasant, professional and thorough and explained all steps in the maintenance process in detail. He answered all our questions to our satisfaction. We had a leak from a pressure valve over the holidays and called Laird and Son. The technician, Alex, was polite, knowledgeable and professional. He was here within 3 hours of the call and fixed everything to our satisfaction. Highly recommend!Laird & Son Heating & Air Conditioning

My mother’s water heater stopped working. Laird & Son sent a technician and for $171.00 told us it needed a new part and it would cost $1,000 plus tax to repair. He did not have the part on him but would call when it was in. My nephew phoned Laird to get a breakdown of parts and labor for the repair. Laird would not provide the breakdown and said they do not do that. My nephew phoned an appliance repair shop and was told the part would cost $386.00. My nephew bought the part and repaired the water heater himself saving us over $600.00 plus tax. I was not impressed with this kind of price gouging by Laird and will not be using their service in the future. I do not think any serviceman is entitled to charge $600.00 plus for their labor.Laird & Son Heating & Air Conditioning

Hello Thank you for allowing us to quote on the service work that you needed done . It is true we only provide flat rate pricing meaning the repairs include labour and parts . Sometimes time is required to find the part that is needed . We do not sell parts over the counter and the repairs are done by highly trained technicians . After finding our regular gas boiler service company went out of business, we decided to give Laird a try. Our technician was Michael A, who was very efficient and personable.
