      Be aware!
Scared tactics were used and I was not fully informed about what I was signing on to when I was in a vulnerable mind set.
The team offered ill advice and contradicts my accountant's advice. They are constantly up selling everything. I am literally paying for a zero value service. This company does not allow for termination of the agreement without heavy fees (thousands of dollars!)

We had reached out to ***** and discussed the complaint. The advice that the client has referred to was correct advice and the best recommended option based on their business operations. The client later stated that they were looking to sell the business within the upcoming year, but would be happy to work with us till this time. Upon this indication, we connected the client with our Client Success Team who would be able to work with the client and see how we could assist her needs. Our team has tried to reach out to the client multiple times via calls and email, however the client has not responded to any of them. The client did use the service multiple times, they completed their consultation meeting and received full customized documentation for the business needs and have received over 18+ documents of ours and has used the advice line. The client can still reach us at *****************@************.com if they would like to continue this conversation with our department. If she closes her business like she mentioned above, we would be more than happy to work with her to met her business needs.

      ** ******* ** ***** *** ** ******* *** ** ****. This company misrepresented itself. They use scare tactics to sell. ** ***** **** **** *** ****** * *** ****** ** ******** *** ******** **** ***** Of course, they won't let us cancel. I'm glad I used my better judgment and didn't sign the longer contract they attempted to get me to sign. They even have an auto-renew plan that you have to fight to get taken off. We don't use their "services" at all, yet we still have to pay them monthly. ***** ******* ** **** *** **** **** ** **** ** ******** *** *************** *** ******* **** **** ** ****** ****** ** ****** **** **** **** ******** *** ******* **** **** *** ***** ** ******* ** *** ** ********* *** ***** Now we are locked into a $ $4,254.93 contract that they won't let us out. ** ** ********** *** ** * ******** ***** ******* ** ** ** ***** *** ** *** * ******** I hope this helps at least one person not fall for their scare tactic selling style and run up a large bill with this ************ company.

      We had
reached out to the client and discussed the complaint. After the client’s
initial complaint of not feeling supported enough, we took a deeper look into
their issues and acknowledged that their experience was not satisfactory
therefore providing a 1 month billing credit which the client accepted and agreed to move forward. The
client further requested to remove the auto renewal feature on February 13, at
2:30PM, and received an email on February 13, at 3:03PM confirming that their
renewal has been removed with their account ending in November 2023. After a
few months, the client stated their concern regarding an interaction with our
Advice team. Our findings concluded that the advice provided to the client was correct
and was the best advice for her business operations; and satisfied the required
advice he needed. However due to the client feeling his interaction with the
advisor could have gone better, we offered the client another 2 month billing
credit.  We have and will continue to
support this client till their contract with us expires. This client has
received full customized documentation for their HR needs (consists of over 400
pages) and has over 6 advice cases.

It was accept the 1 month credit and stay on with the system, or not accept the one month credit and stay on the system. My options were basically stay on with the system. What do you mean agreed to move forward? I told you that I didn't want to move forward and you left me with no choice? Why do you make it sound like there was a choice there? And regarding removing the auto renewal, that was a fight to even do that. ********* ** * *****

**** ** ******* ** * ***** One year ago, I contacted your company to discuss how I would get out of my 5 year contract that I was paying $ $273.30 per month for a contract that would end February 18 2025.
On June 4, 2021, Victoria V., sent me a new proposal with the following options to end my contract but have inflated monthly payments as per the ******** proposal. I chose the NEW service term for one year with the inflated payment of $301.32 to be able to end the contract early. I continued to receive monthly deductions for this service after the one year agreement. At which time you inform me you have set up my account for automatic renewal which makes no sense as they NEW proposal was put in place with inflated charges so that I could end this contract early.
      So why ** *** **** ** ****, would I want an automatic renewal set up on my account?!! *** *** * ***** ** *******   You constantly ask for reviews and referrals, * **** ** ****** ** ****** ***** *** ******* ******** **** **** **** * ***** ********* *** *** *** *********
