      Don't even download this app. They promise you gift cards for hours of your time and effort shopping and filling out surveys, but since April, they don't give out gift cards. They want you to log into the app at exactly 12pm central time to "claim" a card, but it doesn't work. I've tried four times and it just says "Cards will be available on [this] date," and then instantly it says "Cards sold out [for the same date]". I've sent in several help tickets, but they don't even have a live person email you anymore, it's just an auto-email. I have at least $100 worth of gift cards owed me that I'll never see, and I'm sure others are owed more. They can give out "points" all they want, but this is like Whose Line is it Anyway for poor people--the points don't matter. You're just making money for them for free. They are stealing people's time and labor, and I want everyone to know not to be tricked by these people.

      These people do not care about their users. I tried to redeem my points today for a gift certificate, and they were sold out within minutes. **** **** **** *** **** ** ********** ** ***** ******** ******** *** ********* ****** *** they clearly do not listen! It was once a great app to use, and now they are completely *******!

      I redeemed a $25 ********* card on April 4. It said it would take 60 days…. Obnoxious for a virtual gift card, but on. I wait and wait. 60 days pass, nothing. I am told they’re experiencing a delay and that I will receive my card by the following week. It’s now 2 weeks later, and nothing. They’re so full of excuses. “ We're currently experiencing a delay in sending out gift cards that were redeemed on or after April 3rd. If you had redeemed a gift card during this time your gift card is currently in a pending state and will be sent out once we have resolved this roadblock. ” Oh really? And you only discovers this today when I questioned why were at Day 74 without a card? Or you knew all along and didn’t notify customers? ** ******* **** *** **** ****** ******** *** **** ***** **** ** ** **** ***** Any other rewards app takes no more than 3 days to deliver a reward through email or through the app… it is beyond me how your app takes 60 days, or even longer. *** **** *** *********

      Drop does an incredible job of surfacing relevant offers to me. From time to time I have had offers that I felt I completed but I was not rewarded. Drop's customer service team either rewarded me or explained that I did not qualify for the reward. I have found them to be responsive and friendly.
