      On 08/08/22, I purchased an Onyx Rectangle Locket Necklace made of 18k gold for $198 USD from Mejuri. I made this purchase as a gift for my gf living abroad, so it was shipped internationally. Within minutes of receiving the package on 08/17/22, she opened it and sent me some pictures. I was disappointed to see that the back of the locket had discolored or tarnished (a somewhat reddish brown color) markings. Clearly this was not in an expected unblemished condition, while the product I purchased was advertised as brand new and not a marked down piece due to blemishes. So, I immediately contacted Mejuri and provided images along with the order number. Initially, the only option they gave me was to return it for a replacement. However, it was an engraved piece for a special occasion, so I hesitated and asked for a partial refund instead. The customer service representative denied me this reasonable request, citing that it was not an option offered by the company. I had more inquiries about the situation and other possible solutions. Eventually, the rep informed me that my only option was to return it for a full refund as it appeared out of stock actually. I was not at all pleased with this response. This was meant to be a special gift for a special occasion, and my gf understandably preferred to keep the gift than lose it altogether. ** ** *********** **** * ******** * ******* *** * **** *********** ******* * ******* ******* *** **** ** ********* ** ** ******* *** **** ***** ** ****** ** *********** On top of that, the rep did not respond to my last email inquiry about the situation, sent over a week ago. Instead I was sent a survey to rate the interaction. I never suggested the matter was resolved for me. This is not my first time purchasing from Mejuri.       I purchased a couple of items under Order # ************.

      I didn't receive any of my items and have contacted Mejuri regarding this. They initially emailed me back stating that someone would be assigned to help on my case, but its been over a week and I haven't heard back at all even though I've sent multiple emails.
