      The business said thei results are guaranteed for 24 months at the time of purchase, I got laser for my under arms to test their viability for the rest of the parts. Dissappointed that the service has not been helpful, I still have more than 30% of my underarm hair and there was no final consultation to prove the results either. Further, when contacted about their 24 month warranty, which is on their site as well - **************** ; they ******** ** *** about how this policy doesn't apply to anyone, and they don't offer any such thing. I demand a full refund in case they can not honour their work or policies. I reached out to them, and the receptionist said she'd need to 'fetch the file from head office', and never called back. I called again two months later, when they promised their director would get in touch, and again complete silence. ***** *** ********* *** ****** **** *** ** ***********

      As per our results guarantee policy statement, signed by the client **********: 

      "if appointments are inconsistent with your suggested schedule, Canada MedLaser reserves the right to deny patients' claims"

       

      No-shows automatically void any clients from attaining our results guarantee promise.  In addition, client has an upcoming follow-up consultation scheduled on March 22nd, 2024.  This appointment was scheduled by the client on February 10th, 2024 as per our records. 

      We believe the client's claims are **********, and for this reason, we will not be offering a reimbursement of funds paid to the business for services obtained.

      I am rejecting this response because: the site contacted me on Feb 10th, the same day I filed with BBB offering me a consultation to ‘top up’ the sessions to meet the claim *** *** *** ******** **** * ** *********** ** * ********** ** *** **** ******

      I asked for the services to be complete or ask for a refund if they cannot.

      UPDATE: As per our records, this appointment was scheduled on February 10th, 2024. Whether the business reached out to the client, or the client reached out to the business is believed to be irrelevant by the business since the business only received notification of the complaint on February 20th, 2024. 
      We continue to believe the client's claims are **********, and for this reason, we will not be offering a reimbursement of funds paid to the business for services obtained by the client.

      I am rejecting this response because:


      these dates are **********. I’m not sure where they’re getting the appointments for. I remember cases where they booked me for branches that were too far - example to visit a branch in Port Credit when I lived downtown. When I made it down, i was told that they were overbooked.

      On multiple instances, I did not receive a booking confirmation. I would love to see proof of emails or call sent/made to me about these appointments.

      I don’t really care about 450$, my issue here is that they denied having a two year ‘warranty’ period for those attending laser TWICE even though their site continues to carry the guarantee and uses it to falsely obtain clients.
