      Seven months ago, I went into the Canadian med laser Lakeshore location. I asked them for back laser packages and they said they had a summer promotion going on. I paid $600 upfront which was half of my $1200 package and no point that I was ever told that there would be no refunds available. I went to have a consultation and I canceled 24 hours before hand as I was traveling outside of the country, I’ve been away for quite some time and back. I followed up with them.
      I am looking for a refund for my money as life has got extremely expensive and I can barely put groceries on the table. They explain to me that there’s no refund policy, but I was never made aware. The girl at the front desk when I paid the money, never explained any of this to me. On the phone later disputing wanting a refund I had multiple calls from one working office inside one head office and one girl who said she did the consultation with me. The funny thing was, I never did a consultation And caught her in her ***.
      **** ******** ** * **** *** ** ******** **** *** ******* ***** ****** - the fine print is so tiny they don’t even tell you about.

      We greatly appreciate your feedback and are constantly striving to improve our customer service. All our customers are required to review and sign a cancellation policy, which clearly outlines the circumstances under which a refund may be requested. Unfortunately, it appears that you have chosen to disregard the terms outlined in the agreement. We encourage open communication and are happy to discuss any concerns further to find a resolution.

      "Unfortunately, it appears that you have chosen to disregard the terms outlined in the agreement." What did I disregard? I haven't signed anything.
      I'd like a refund as the resolution. As to your employees flat out ***** towards customers (her confidence in the matter made it definitely seem like it wasn't the first occurrence) I hope you encourage and post your policies in the offices and make people well aware of the packages you sell before selling them.
