      The product is good.
      However, they block nearly every product review on their site that isn't 5 stars. I can testify they block reasonable reviews because they blocked my 3-star review about a fully-charged battery only lasting a few minutes for a $500 product.

      No customer service. Product received defective. Sent emails and video and just get the run around with no resolution so they can string you along to go through the 30 day period and item cannot be returned.

      I ordered a Mini Red infra red light unit. When it arrived it was obviously used. There were lots of scuff marks and scratches where you turn the unit on and the battery had a charge already on it. The unit isn't supposed to come with any charge on the battery you have to charge it yourself once the product is received. Sent email to Kala Red with a photo stating scratches, battery issue. Was asked to send video. Sent video. Reply was it would be sent to another department to review. That was over 24hrs ago...Nothing from the company. Emailed next morning asking if there was a resolution. No response. Later that day I emailed back asking for a return label and was told I must do that myself and also pay for return. I'm quite surprised and disappointed in this company. ******* *** ********* **** ********** * ** ****

      I ordered a red light wand on May 1st. Paid in full. They said it would be shipped by end of May. Now it is mid-July and nothing. First they told me first week of June, then end of June and now ???
      They continue to advertise and take money from people, but they do not have the products on hand and keep delaying the delivery. I can only imagine how many people are in the same boat. They provide zero updates - you must contact them and within a few days you get an email with them telling you there has been another delay. I do not recommend purchasing from them! How can a business continue to sell a product they do not actually have on hand? ********

      **** **** **** **** ******* *** *** ************ Great marketing, terrible products and customer service. Spent nearly $4000 on products with Kala. The $999 stand I purchased never got shipped. Had to fight with them for 3-4 weeks. Finally they shipped the stand. The instructions that come with the product are absolutely terrible. The instructions to assemble the stand I bought (based on images from their website) do not match the instructions in the box that the product came in. The stand came with many different screws etc but the instructions only illustrate a third of the included screws. It says in the instruction manual to email Kala for "seamless" install videos. I did this and was pointed to a general FAQ section with no video. So no idea how to assemble the stand and no idea how to actually attach the redlight panel to the stand. The panel is very heavy and there are so many different screws and pieces that I am not willing to attempt to build ad hoc. I would stay away from this company and all of its products. You cannot speak with customer service, chat bots and emails only. ****** ****** **** *****

I have been communicating via email asking for a refund since I have not received the product and getting runaround and they refuse to refund. When you call their number there is no mention of the company name, goes to voice mail immediately. *******. How to I get a refund? ******* ***** **** **** ******

      ****** ******* ******** ** **** *** ******* ******** Placed an order for over $6k (Quad package). Package says it delivered on April 9th (it didn’t - both my wife and I were home - wouldn’t a $6k delivery require a signature?) and have gotten absolutely awful customer service so far with no sign of resolution. For a company that blows its brains out on marketing budget, you’d think they would do a better job addressing customer concerns.       ******** business that CANNOT deliver on what they promised. **** ** ************* * **** **** * *** ******** **** ****** ** ****** **** *** *** ****** * * ****** **** **** **** ******** ****** ***********  I purchased a Mini as well as a Pro Panel and it cost me $1,400 for both. * ***** ******* **** *** ***** *******. I recieved the Mini, but the Pro Panel (which costs more $1000) - has not been delivered and they haven't responded at all. I asked for a refund and they said thier policy is taht they can't refund until I get the product. The problem is that I'm not getting my product and they won't refund me and now they won't respond. This is so dissappointing *** * **** **** **** ****** **** * ***** ** *** *** **** **** ******* * **** *** * **** *** have the worst service. They are not delivering.
