1 starIt was only AFTER placing an order on March 17 that I learned my $850 product would not be shipped until the end of March. At that time, I tried contacting them via their chatbot and received NO response even though the bot message indicated my message was forwarded to someone and they would connect with me in minutes. The only way to contact them is via email and their responses are slow and filled with corporate messaging. It was only after I made a comment on their social media page that I heard back from them via email. They created a shipping label on Monday and the item is yet to be shipped out. I requested several times for someone to contact me by phone - they haven't. Via email, I requested to cancel my order and they indicated it was against their policy. There is a real disconnect between the way they market themselves and the way they treat their customers. I have no faith in their products, customer service or the company.Review fromBrooke F

Tracking number said my package had arrived at the community mailbox but all that was in there was a Kala promo bag? Still haven't heard from Kala as to why I haven't received my package. 1 star** *** *** **** **** ******** I purchased the quad elite panel for $6300. It’s been over 30 days since I purchased my order and I still not have received it. I emailed them inquiring about upgrading my order to the sauna as I thought that would better suit the needs of my clients. No one got back to me. I kept checking the tracking order and nothing was popping up. I tried to contact them thru numerous platforms and no one responded. I finally started talking to the bot on there website and after stating the law and asking for a refund they quit answering me. I’ve finally taken my voice to social media to get some kind of response from them. Now we wait. I filed a complaint with the government of Canada. I filed a dispute with my credit card company. All of there reviews on there websites are filtered as I tried to post a 1 star review and what do you know it never showed up. **** ******** ******* ** * ******** **** *** *** ******* ****** ****** I’m so embarrassed to have supported them and I hope my issue gets resolved. It's been about two months since I bought the elite panel.
I'm a fairly healthy person so I didn't notice any drastic changes, however my physical energy is quite even through out the day and even though I get mentally tired, my body doesn't run out of energy quickly. I notice recuperation time from exercise is quicker and I don't feel sore for long. ** ****** ***** ** *** ** *** * *** ****** ** *** *** ***** **** *** **** *** ***** ********* *** **** ************ So the equipment works.
I was worried at the beginning when my package wasn't arriving *** **** * **** *** *** *** ***** ***** ********* *** **** *** **** ****** **** **** ******** ** * *** **** * *** ******* *** ***** *** ******* * ***** **. The contact information is absolutely minimal. I'm sure they are saving overhead costs, *** ** **** ** *** ********* ** ******** ******* ******** So I just asked nicely and notified them what was happening and a few days later it arrived. Whatever is going on with that area of business I hope it gets better. I'm never worried about receiving things late, just as long as I have an idea of what to expect it and that it works.
The remote I never use, but it would be great if it came with a battery.
The manual could use an update. The writing is fine, but the images are small and only readable with a magnifying glass. Some pages seem to be missing compared to the manual online.
Over all the contraption works and I'm pretty happy with it and glad it is a Canadian product.Kala Therapy Inc

1 starDo not buy from this company! First of all, they claim to be purely Canadian company, but the device shipped 3-4 weeks late from China. I attempted to return a red light therapy device that I did not like. I got the run around from their customer service people trying to get me to try it for longer. When I was firm and sai I wanted to return it, they told me how to ship it back to Canada. I paid $35 to ship it back to Canada within the allotted 30-day return period. I provided them with the shipping tracking number and let them know it was on its way. Much to my surprise I never got a refund and two months later the package showed up at my door again. The company never picked up the package from the postal service so they sent it back to me. When I attempted to resolve this issue, Kala stopped returning my emails. I purchased a KALA Mini Dec 11/22 and I still have yet to receive it. I have emailed their customer service week after week, their head of Customer service Veronica has continually provided excuses that I may order is being processed and that I will receive it the following week. I have even ask them to call me but still no response. I watched the airing on ******** *** thus I thought they would be a reputable company since they got a deal with one of the ********, I guess I was really wrong. How can they do business like this! At this point I would settle for a refund but since I started asking for one they have not responded to my emails. Prior to requesting for a refund I would get a response from Veronica within a day or two. I ordered a Kala light on Nov 17, 2022. It didn't ship until Dec 23, 2022. I emailed them a couple of times during this period and they continuously said it would be shipped the following week. I asked them to cancel the order as it was intended to be a Christmas gift and would not arrive on time. They said they could not cancel it. My device arrived Dec 30, 2022. I had to pay return shipping to return it. It is now Feb 21st, 2023 and I have not received my refund. The product was delivered back to them Jan 30th, 2023. I emailed them 2 weeks ago and they said it would be processed the following week (last week now) and it was not. Absolutely horrifying experience. I placed my order on Jan 21st. Their site specifically states free and fast shipping (7-10 working days). ***** ** *** *** ** *** I have not received any communication or my product. I called 2 weeks ago and spoke with the co-founder. He assured me that my item would be shipped out on that Friday ( we spoke on the Wednesday). As of today I still have not received any emails or my product. I messaged their support team (which is an AI and not a live person) completely got the run around and I advised them to cancel my order however, I was informed that they can't as it goes against their policy and that I would have to wait until the order arrives than I can return it. I will not be spending another dime. I have filed a complaint with ****. I'm not the only one having issues and ****** has 100s of complaints. I even tried to message them on social media only to have my comment deleted and I was also removed and BLOCKED from their ** page.
