    I bought one pull over wireless bra in May 2022 & liked it so much I immediately ordered 2 more. I ordered the size that was recommended for my regular bra size. However, after washing & wearing for several months they started mashing my boobs together. It looked like I had one big boob across the middle of my chest, not a good look.
    I have never found a page to leave a review on their actual site.

    Bought boy shirts but gusset not wide enough for my plus size so total waste of money and big leakage. Panty liners are a joke. Do not stay put at all - jow could tgey with one tiny hook and eye. Have been humiliated by having them fall oit my pant leg, had to pull out of toilet as fell in when pulledy pants down and generally they just flop around. Wasted hundreds of dollars on totally worthless product i had such high hopes - talk about over promise and under deliver. So sad

    Terrible customer service!
    Could not reach a human being.
    Emailed twice and called only to be put to message and call back. No call back.
    They claim to have soft and comfortable bras and panties. They are not comfortable or soft. Way too expensive for what you get. I had to go through my credit card company to get a refund.
    Still waiting to send these items back.

    I'm unable to see any calls from the phone number we had on file for your order, so I cannot speak to that side of things, however, I do see you had emailed with us twice where we were able to connect with you on this matter. I see we clarified policy details of the exchange-only End of Year Sale that you purchased during, and provided some insight and tips on the initial fit of our items.
    They are designed to start off snug and will adjust to your body with wear and wash, and we usually find 3-4 cycles of both wearing and washing does the trick! We also offer a complimentary virtual fitting service that assists with any questions pertaining to sizing, products and/or style suggestions to suite your particular needs. If you ever wanted to give us another go I suggest you book in for one of these complimentary fittings as they are a wonderful resource to utilize and ensure you are receiving exactly what you were hoping to.

    this company, Knix, failed to ship
    my order in its entirety, refused a return and refused to cancel the second half
    of the order. I dealt mostly with a chat bot, the human I got cut me off. I want my money back. this is a bad product.

    Tried to buy from them twice and both times nothing was right. Bras are 3 times too small and there is no water retention on the underwear.
