    I can't review the products because I haven't seen them. Funds were removed from my account account about 6 weeks ago and the shipment is now over 2 weeks over due, *** won't talk to me because they say the package is with the merchant- Knix keeps saying they have shipped it - Well that is what their AI says, I can't seem to actually talk to a real person.
    Extremely frustrating for the several hundred dollars I have spent. This is horrible customer service. I work 63 hours a week. I don't time to track this down or work this hard to try and be someone's customer.

    Horrible customer service. I purchased a bra from them based on their size chart and it didn't even come close to fitting. When I reached out about it, they told me since it was a warehouse sale, the sale was final and I was stuck with a bra that I couldn't wear. ***** *** **** ******

    I wish I had known that they won't do refunds!! because I would have never ordered from them!! I
    ordered 2 bras never received 1 of them I returned the one bra that didn't fie still haven't heard anything!! Trying to talk to someone why is there no phone number you can call!! I'm very unhappy with the lack of service that I'm getting. I was so excited thinking these bras were going to be amazing, and they may be amazing but the customer service sucks.

    I never received my order--over $90!! I tried to contact company---robot answered.. I do not have the means to respond...ICHAT ? or something.
    SO I am unable to get any help.
    I am elderly and NEVER have had such poor service.

    Horrible customer service! The person I chatted with wouldn't listen to my issues. They also say boyshort (and show little icon boyshort when you order) then send you a panty type brief. Customer service says that is what they call boyshort underwear ... and wouldn't explain why the online ordering shows a picture of a boyshort (not boyshort underwear) when you order it!
    I tried to get a refund because I don't want to keep paying to return bad products until I finally find something I want. They are insisting exchange only - probably because no one looking for boyshorts wants panties!
    State of MN has a law that they have to return it, since they are still in salable condition, but I can't get to a person. I sent an email, but from the other reviews, I am concerned I won't get a response.

    Definitely not worth the money! The underwear do not give me period protection, or bladder protection. They are selling an idea that women need, but **** **** ***** *** ******* it does not work

    I spent over $200.00 on underwear and bras. Underwear constantly feel wet. Bras after returning unworn underwear and bras and ordered a different size, still don’t fit correct. Worst fit ever. I reorder because they will not refund. Why??

    There is no way to contact anyone at this company….no chat with a live person, no email response and no one answers the phone. Contact options are hidden, especially a phone number which only comes up if searched for separately from the website.
    ** *** *** ******** **** **** ******* ** returns are difficult and sizing also appears to be somewhat off.
