    ***** they only want you to borrow from their sponsors, curiously, the credit cards they say I have an excellent chance of getting denied me, the credit cards they said I had a low to zero chance of getting, I was Instantly approved, my own bank is not listed and I have a card with them, they just want you to apply through their website to get a commission , ****** **** *** ask for advice from your bank manager not this current fad of "free credit advice" **** *****, they give very bad advice according to my bank manager!

    **** ****** ********* ****** ** * ******** ****** Their credit report which they claim is from ******* Canada is not the same. For months their credit score is sometimes as much as 60 points lower than the right credit score. This done with the aim of getting your to buy one of their affiliate products.

    I have checked multiple times and it seems my credit score is so far out of wack , plus there is a collections on it that was paid ,and to boot I check with my bank app the epcor bill was paid ..but you guys have it unpaid ..I want this fixed I also checked on ********** and ******* and they are showing paid
    Plus fix my credit score also cause it's wrong

    Applied online for secured credit card to Refresh Financial. They sent an email to confirm application process . Sent in all my private information. Get a response that application is incomplete. Redid the process 3 times.. Same issue. I call. left message, they call back next day, saying they are no longer carrying secured credit cards. Even though you can apply for the credit card online through their website. Then I get this email 5 mins later:
    Thanks for reaching out. 
     I see that you have recently applied for our secured card. The reason the application was not complete is because we are currently out of stock for the card. 
     I will add you to our list to contact once the card is available again. 
     I do apologize for any inconvenience.

    I have been with Refresh Financial for about 4 years now following a bankruptcy. They helped me get back on my feet and rebuilt my very poor credit rating to a good one. I now have cash in my bank and a new credit card and am in the process of buying a new EV. This company has been no end of help to me and got me back on track. Very happy with how this worked out.
