      Company offered logo, branding, and website support. Once the payment cleared, they logged me off, made it impossible to reset a password, and no customer support has been offered to help fix the issue.

      The product and customer service did not meet my needs; the company’s Return Policy is a ********** advertisement. It states that a refund request has to made before 14 days from the purchase date, then a full refund is due. The purchase of $191.88 was made on 2/26/2023. Then, I made a second purchase of $19.99 on 3/7/2023 in an attempt to correct my initial issue with the first product. And still, my website needs are not met. After contacting customer service more than once, **** ****** ******* *** ************* ****** **** ****** ***** I have been without a functioning product after making said purchases from this company. On 3/9/2023, I requested a full refund, but to no avail; I have been denied after several attempts.

      On 1/24/2023 - I "created" and ordered a logo and branding kit from Looka.com. I paid $96 for the branding kit and downloaded the contents, which was to include 16 logo files and I received one. And the one I received is a white logo with no background, so it shows a blank page. The same is true with the letterhead, so my letterhead is a blank piece of paper! The kit also included an email signature. It looks correct in my "assets" from Looka.com, but what is copied pastes differently in ** *******. The business cards are awful! The symbol color in the logo is supposed to be a gradient gold, so all of the business cards are this ******* brown color that is supposed to be gold. If I change the symbol color then the business card color will change, but I wanted the gold symbol. I spent an hour in an "online" chat with someone from their support team. The customer service is ***** than that product. I explained the issues multiple times and the customer support rep continues to repeat the same script and including links for me to follow. In the end, I requested a refund. They denied it. **** *** **** **** **** ********
