      The company has repeatedly denied our request to resend/provide access to original files we paid for. T*** **** ***** ***** ********* ******* **** *** ********** ****** *** ***** They repeatedly kept telling us to use a link and a ****** button to log in. However, the link provided was invalid and never gave an option to their repeated same directions... We still do not have the files. Do not reccomend, not only were their designs mediocre but also from what I have that we did get access *** **** *** ******** **** ******** ******** *** **** ************ ** *** *** **** *******

      I purchased the annual subscription for $129 believing it would allow me to build my brand and tweak it over the year. Nothing could be further from the truth. I downloaded just my logo package and then realized I couldn't use it as it, needed to go back and edit something. I realized that the software locks you in as soon as you download any of the files and nothing can be changed after that. This is a scam, it is not an annual membership to have access to a glorified AI tool as they advertise, but instead more similar to lipstick on a pig. I worked with Ryan in support and he was unwaivering in not providing any solutions that made sense. We went back and forth and I realized with their business practices I wanted nothing to do with them. I disputed the charge and lost because I had downloaded part of what I paid. DO NOT DOWNLOAD FROM LOOKA, thats how they get you and with a product so ****** *** ****** *** **** *** they stay in business is by winning chargebacks.

They say they generate social media images and they are absolutely terrible.       ***** ******* *** I was unable to use any of their services due to software bugs on their website. They refused to issue me a refund after I provided proof of the software bugs that made it unable for me to use their service, and then I disputed the credit card charge to my bank. They **** to my bank *** ********* ****** resulting in a loss of my dispute. I don't usually leave BBB reviews, especially for a small charge of $95, but this company clearly uses automated AI chat agents for service, *** ** ******* ** *** ** ********* ************* ********* ****** ********** ******** ** ***** ******** **** **** **** **** ******** **** **** ** ** ******* **** ***** ******** ** *** ****
