    On May 9, 2023 I ordered an E-Scooter from the this website for $1159.36. I was had received the E-Scooter and had a change of mind, so I started a return process with Niu support. I contacted the support and they could not find my order number and told me to contact another return site. The return site had also rejected my return, so I contacted the support prior to this and they told me to contact Niu Canada as there were several distributors with different emails. I thought I was fine as the main Niu website had a 30-Day free return policy, but when I contacted Niu Canada, it was only 14 days which had been spent away with me contacting the original Niu support. So Niu Canada had rejected my return. This whole process was confusing and time consuming, all for my return to be rejected.
