    Bought an $800 electric scooter *** ** *** not even 6 months ago. Company is telling me that I need to go to a repair shop. What ********* company tells a customer after owning an $800 electric scooter for half a year. First reply they gave me was they were going to give me 100% money back then they messaged back my apologies we made a mistake we can only help you with 50% back now they're telling me I need to take the scooter to a reputable repair shop. ***** ******* **** **** ***** **** ******* **** ** ***** ***** Tires are already bad breaks are already really bad battery is even worse does not do the kilometer ratio it states when they sell it. And they blame the customer by saying they are charging it too long or not enough that the plug we're plugging it into is bad there is excuse after excuse coming out of their mouths and refuse to help the customer back their product. ***** ***** ** ********* ****** *** ** ******* ** **** ***** **** ** *** ******** There should be an investigation on anything like this. ******** *** ***** **** *** ***** ************* *** ** * *** ******* ****** * ***** *** ****

    I made a purchase on NIU official website on August 28.
    Payment was successful and I get my order number.
    Some time later I text to support, because I didn't receive any traking information about my order.
    They tell me a story about some " Canadian warehouse updating" and sayd that my order need a validation and it will take 5-7 bussines days...
    On their website they provide next information:
    "Ship from Montreal. No import tax. Order fulfillment 1-2 business days, Delivery 3-7 business days."
    So, today is September 11 and nobody even send me a message about delay.
    I'm strongly don't reccomend this producent. Maybe their scooters are not so bad like selling "service" but how should I know?
    If I will received it in this year then tell you more about product.

    John is not professional, he is the store manager. I told them my daughter is 14 years old and he recommend me a scooter for 16 years old and also the municipal law for e-scooter riders is at least 16 years. When I make a return and they charged me for the stocking fees due to his code of conduct. He doesn't want to show up and dare to face me in person for all the transactions after I confront him over the phone. DON'T BUY FROM THE STORE. Buy online they can provide you full refund within 30 days from the NIU website. MORE RELIABLE.

    I am sorry to hear that you are not satisfied with the return policy. We offer the test ride directly in store. Online purchase doesn't offer that. We want our customers to sure what they buy is what they want to. About your daughter, Your husband bought this scooter, we were told it's for the family use. We did told your husband it's 16+ in Ontario with helmet.

    ** ** * *** **** I did question John about why didn't he tell my husband the municipal law for e-scooter riders to be at least 16 years old as from the beginning before we went to the shop, I already clearly mentioned that the scooter is for my daughter who is at the age of 14 years old. He replied that my husband never asked him about this matter so he did tell him. In addition, he complained he left work late on that day because my husband wasted his time when purchasing the scooter, John also warned me if I still called him again about the issue, he had the right to file a complaint of harassment against me. I must let the public know about his misconduct and his way of doing business. I have no way to stand up for my rights as a consumer.
