      They gave me a 12 hour delivery window, from 9 am to 9 pm, which is unreasonable. They don't do weekend delivery options so I had to take off work. Then while I was unavailable for an hour due to prior commitments, they sent a text message saying they were 25 minutes away, and that they would only wait 15 minutes. I tried calling but they didn't pick up. Then forced to use their customer service bot, that didn't give me a response till the next day, finding out I would need to contact the ordering company to reschedule and pay another $100 for them to deliver. I told them this is unacceptable especially considering they gave me a 12 hour window **** ******** ** ******** ********* **** * * **** ******. I filed a complaint with the company I placed the order with. That being said I am still waiting on the delivery. There company lacks communication and customer service. I am happy they post who they deliver for on their website because now I know to never order from those companies. Part of me just wants to cancel my entire order and get a full refund.

      Customer was unavailable during their chosen date and time, we attempted to contact them and they did not respond. They were also provided with our live tracking link that provides a shorter estimated delivery window with live truck tracking. We have other deliveries and must respect each customer's time which is why we have set wait limits. The customer was instructed to contact the merchant where they purchased their items to reschedule another attempt per the policy of the merchant. This customer has chosen June 2nd for their next attempt. Despite the frustrated customer saying there is a lack of communication, we provided detailed instruction each step of the way to fully assist this customer.

      *********** *** *** **** ****** ** * ****. ********* lack of customer service and took a week to deliver a product not even 5 miles from their own offices. Provided details (that were acknowledged by Go Bolt emails to have been received) that the product needed to be delivered within business hours. Every day for a week, I received emails that the pkg was out for delivery. Half the time, no further update was given, or I’d receive an email saying they’d have to try again because the driver didn’t get their in time. ******* disregard for customers and their valued time to try and get assistance from their non-existent customer service. **** *** ** *** ********* ** ******* **** ******** ** ** *** ******* * **** ******** ***** *** ******** **** ****** ** ***** **** ******* ***** ********

      ********** *******. And of course there’s no direct customer service option to speak to someone or file a concern/complaint. I literally watched the delivery person on camera stand at the end of my walkway and THROW the package at my house. It landed on the stairs then tumbled down to the bottom. A box clearly marked fragile, by the way. I immediately went out to ask him about it but he ran to his car and sped off. I will be sure to cancel any future orders from companies that use GoBolt as their delivery vendor and I also will not use GoBolt as a vendor for any of my personal businesses either. Completely unacceptable.

      This is the most unreliable ******** delivery service I have ever encountered. My package was supposed to be delivered on Friday, December 6th, but they changed it to next-day delivery, then to Sunday delivery, and still, I have not received it.       Horrible service. I had a package that was supposed to be delivered yesterday(Nov 28 2024). It showed tracking until about 11AM yesterday, when I tried to track the package later in the day the tracking went to Russia, not Alberta where I live. When I tried to contact the company all I got were bots. I did get an e-mail from the company today (Nov 29)saying the parcel was on the truck at 5PM. It's now 7PM, no parcel and of course trackng doesn't work. I've written the company, told them the parcel needs to be in my hands by Noon, Dec 2 2024 and that I have reported their ****** service to the vendor. * *** ** **** *** **** ** ***** ***** *** **** ***** ******* ***** **** *** ****** ** **** ********* ** ** ****** **** ***** **** ** ** * ********* Fortunately I was told there are other options.

      Horrible company, zero customer service (emails bounce back, no phone number, only online bots). I wasn't provided a delivery date or time frame window even, they just showed up. I wasn't home the first time and was spinning to schedule a redeliver. Took forever, **** driver in a rush complaining about all the deliveries he had to do for the day. Even the company I ordered from who uses them don't even have a dispatch phone contact. **** ***** ** *** ******

      **** *** * ******* *******, 1st attempt they delivered to a wrong address, 2 weeks later the reshipment, cancelled as cannot access because the delivery person ** ****** ******** ** *** **** ******", they do not know how to use an unmanned gate panel!!! If this is your job, you need to know how to get past a gate****

      The worst experience ever with  *** ***** delivery service Go Bolt. I had to take off from work to be available for 4 hours window ( 1-5 PM) delivery time.       Awful! Driver got lost due to a small road construction detour and refused to deliver all my furniture. Took 5 times to get through to them and kept disconnecting. **** customer service reps. I was so accommodating to them but they didn’t care at all. I even spoke to the driver in his language to help him. I honestly am at my wits end after almost 3 hours on the phone. I have no furniture and **** tried desperately to help and was also ignored. They had to give me a full refund as the driver still has the furniture and won’t deliver it. He actually had it canceled without me knowing.

      Disappointed with this company. I made a purchase that was supposed to be delivered a week ago. The driver drove by without stopping. I reached out to the company and was told that the driver didn’t know how to read my address/enter it into their gps. The way the address was written is the way ****** **** writes it, with the unit # in front. They said they changed it and the package would go back out the next day - a week ago. Each day I see that the package was scanned in and not put on a delivery vehicle. I finally got a response that it would be delivered today.
