    **** ** *** ******** ******* I made a deposit and noticed the invoice page had no official logo. Researched the company more *** ***** ** **** ******** *******, I requested a refund of my 200$ deposit, which was refused. The sales agent also stopped responding to my texts or phone calls.

    I booked Diamond Relocation to move my household from Ontario to Nova Scotia in October 2024. It was a sudden decision to move, and Mark was swift to respond and arrange the pick-up in two days. I had 101 items of furniture and boxes, including many fragile items. The two guys who came for the pick-up were true professionals. They packed, wrapped, and loaded the truck with utmost care. Due to the delay in receiving the required load for the truck to start moving from their warehouse to NS, it took a few extra days for the truck to reach its destination. However, it was fully worthwhile the wait. There were many glassware, ceramics, statues, mirrors, and wooden items. I am even surprised and happy to say that nothing was BROKEN or MISSING during the 2000 km move. Again, the two guys brought the stuff in and really took care of them, unloading and placing them inside the house. The cost for the whole move was amazing, too, compared with the other "well-known" movers. Many thanks, Mark, Grace, and the entire team at Diamond Relocation for the wonderful experience! Highly recommend Diamond Relocation for your next moving experience!

    I did not recommend. Very unhappy with their services, overcharge of the initial invoice, damaged furniture on arrival, crushed boxes, broken furniture, missing belongings, do not pay attention to the interior walls. Really unfriendly movers.

    ** *** *** ******** ** *** used Diamond relocation to move from ******* Nova Scotia to ****** **** Alberta. We were Quoted a cost of ruffly $2000 maximum price. After paying the $200 deposit and the belongings were picked up, they were taken to a storage unit in Ontario somewhere. I was contacted and told that I owed almost double the price due to wait ex... and the belongings were being held until full payment made at the cost of $318/ month. It has been 5 months now. And we have paid $1,590 total. **** ****** ********* *** ******** ** ***** ** ***** **** ********* ******  Like Dimond P movers, Dimond relocation movers and Dimond movers and storage. 100 bay st Toronto comes up as condos, and it shows the address of a permanently closed Dimond P Movers.

    *********** **** **** *************** I booked my move from London Ontario to Montreal Quebec. I paid a $200 deposit and confirmed my pick up and delivery times. I was going away between these times so I needed my belongings stored for 2 weeks. On the day of the delivery I waited around and after an hour I called and they informed me that it is not scheduled to arrive. They told me it would arrive in the following 2 days and I would be called to confirm the arrival the day before. I never received a call so I decided to call them myself. The first person I spoke to hung up on me after telling me I was stepping on him speaking. I was answering his question that he just asked…………. Called back and the lady told me they only deliver on consignment, meaning they need a full truck in order to deliver out of province. This is news to me…. I was informed august is a slow month so they can’t confirm my belongings will even be delivered this month. I have contacted a lawyer and now I’m speaking about restitution for damages as I have yet to receive my belongings. I now have to extend my very expensive temporary accommodations and lost time at work due to them not showing up or even bothering to tell me they weren’t showing up. ** **** *** ***** *** ** ********

    they showed up on time loaded up, neatly packed things though that did not need to be packed and I have pictures of a stuffed monkey packed and taped to a chair I was charged $800 for packing fees moved to Alberta from Ontario. It took them 11 days to get here when we called yesterday to see where they were they told us, we Didn’t stop ********* ** ************ *** we just wanna know our stuff is like that’s it. That’s all we just when they hung up on us. They were so **** and then they finally got here today and they unloaded our stuff and half of our boxes are smashed stuff is broken stuff. We can’t find. We are so upset and *********. I’ll be calling them tomorrow.

    ********** ******* They charged me a $200 deposit after we agreed on a move date 3 months in advance. They changed my move date without my consent and when I complained they refused to refund my deposit. So much ridiculousness

    ** * ***** **** **** **** * ***** Awful service. **** costumer service. They even threatened us To hold our stuff on ransom. They promised to deliver in 2 days, but they took 5 days. And when I asked if they were going to pay for our hotel room, that's when the turn **** and threatened Us. The worst experience.

    Sent out call for movers in March 2024 for a move for my son from Montreal to Edmonton. Mark R. of Diamond Relocation was the first to respond. The agreement was that the movers would pickup my son's goods on April 3, 2024 and delivery time to destination in Edmonton, Alberta, would be 7 to 10 days. We finally got our shipment on April 22nd. The driver refused to unload the truck until the final payment was made to head office by etransfer. After the money transfer was confirmed, I was informed that not all the goods were on the truck and that they would be back on Thursday, April 25th to deliver the remaining goods. Thank *** they kept their word and showed up as promised. This company was quick to contact the customer and make promises and guarantees, but fail to deliver. They need to improve their communication and customer service. ***** ******* Live and learn.
