    Most ********, ***********, unprofessional movers ever experienced. I booked their service through this agent called Mark R. and paid $200 in advance. I confirmed with them multiple times to make sure they would pick up my stuff on the 24th February at 10:00 AM. I flew from Calgary to Saskatoon to pack up and my flight back was that afternoon. I spent $635 on the return ticket. I took a day off to go there. The apartment is rented out from March 1st and there was no way for me to stay back or go back during the weekdays to empty out the place. Therefore, I made few requests to Mark to be on time. However, on the day of the move they did not show up or let me know anything about why they did not show up. Saskatoon is a small city and it is extremely hard to find a mover on an hours notice to make a long distance move. I was extremely stressed and sent them at least 10 messages just to let me know if they will be late or will they just not come. But, no response. No one picked up or replied to my messages. So, Monday morning when I messaged this Mark, he is like sorry the driver did not let you known about the delay (it was a no show not a delay) and then when I called their office the guy is like did you get your advance back or not? Like that makes up for any difficulty they caused me. Then the guy started showing me attitude like do you want to listen or not? His excuse was his office is closed on weekend. They promise service on weekend but they have no way of contacting them if things go wrong on a weekend. How does that make sense? How is this okay in country Canada? I was supposed to spend $700 with the move and because of their no show, I had to spend $1700 with another company that I was extremely lucky to get in such a short notice. Please NEVER do business with these unprofessional and undignified people. Simply horrible. **** **** **** ******* ******* ****************************** ***** **** ********

    ******* ** *** ***** ******* * **** ***** ***** ** ***** very expensive brand new bike "never showed up". ****** ******* Boxes were so damaged included irreplaceable items like my ******** ************* antique dishes. My sofas were not wrapped and filthy. When I tried to make a claim they were rude and would not process it saying I needed to know the weight of each item (how on earth would I know the weight of a sofa??? or a missing bike??). The arrival team also refused to move my exercise equipment(an elliptical) into my basement saying it was too heavy, and *** **** *** **** ***** *** ***** I'm currently taking them to small claims court as I have over $3000 in damages and missing items. ***** *** **** ********** When I told them I would take them to small claims I was told "if it makes you feel better go ahead". **** **** *** *****************************************************

    Started out fine hired them and price was fine. They showed up 2 hours late thankfully didn't charge me any extra. They worked hard and loaded for 2 hours. Then things changed. Their attitude shifted. He brought in a box and said I needed it didn't tell me a price. Ended up charging me $50 for one box. Got to my new house to unload and held my stuff hostage while I paid them. And they charged me for their break as well. They ended up banging up my new walls and broke a few items including a dresser leg right off. Didn't say anything just packed up and left. Then now trying to charge me tax on top of everything. I emailed and asked for compensation for broken items no response. ***** **** *** ******* ******** ***** **** **** ***** ****** ** ***** ******

    ** * ***** ***** * ***** ****** * *****. we scheduled them to move us on a Sunday and waited all day for them to come and not show up. They had no contact numbers for the weekend to even find out what was happening. Monday morning i called and the reply was oh no one phoned you. after three calls i was told the truck was full that is why they couldn’t come and now would not be able to come til wednesday. we live 6.5 hrs from here this was not a solution would loose more time work for their mistake. i said what will you do for me he said i will give you 5% off. really wouldn’t even cover the first day of work we had to miss. his other suggestion was well i will give your deposit back. i said fine we will see if that ever occurs. worst customer service ever * ***** ***** ********* **** ********

    ** *** *** **** ******** They charged a $200 handling fee to move my digital piano, they destroyed it. They charged us $1100 (not discussed) to wrap our furniture, they broke my dining table and chairs, my dishes, my ornaments, half of a desk disappeared, table lamps, floor lamps, our BBQ - all DESTROYED. All my boxes were smashed. They didn't deliver on day we took possession of our house, they showed up a week later. They tried to charge us $1000 for storage (they said if we needed storage we would get one month free)...they told us when I questioned the charge that storage begins on day of pick up. WTH?! They charged us $17,000 and broke 75% of our belongings. They say they will reimburse us ZERO. ***** ******** ****** ****** * **** **** ***** *****
