    I called in to cancel my services end of July 21 2022, I was told it was done. My next credit card statement shows additional charges.

    Called back in to find they canceled a vehical that was not even on the account. Some how.
    They offered only a partial refund.
    The sum is small but taken without approval.

    I called to cancel my services prior to the renewal date as per the agreement on June 16 at 10:06 am and spoke with a customer services rep to cancel this service, however and the services rep said that my services would not be renewed after one month and the radio would not receive a signal after that. They keep sending me bills for extended service after I cancelled it and called back on August 15 to let them know that I would not be paying as I had cancelled the services two months prior. They keep sending me a bill for $62.97 for a late cancellation fee. * **** *********** ** *** ******** ***** **** *** **** * ****** ** **** ** ** *******
