    It’s extremely difficult to cancel your subscription with SiriusXM. Their sales team is extremely ********** at trying to keep your subscription to continue by offering discounts when you just want to cancel their services and the only way to cancel their services is to either call them or do chat chat online which takes about 30 minutes or so.

    I spent the last 30 minutes on the phone with the XM representative trying to cancel my services. Despite numerous requests to cancel everything the rep continued to offer me alternatives all of which were indicated to be "compensation for loyalty" and sold in a way that was trying to trick me into agreeing to the terms by thinking they were not contracts or commitments - but all would have required me to pay them more money and to call again to have those commitments cancelled. **** ** **** * **** *** ******* ** *** ** ***** subscription services but the extent to which this rep continued to try was incredibly frustrating an unprofessional. I told him numerous times I didn't want to pay any additional payments and he didn't care, he just kept making offers until I finally asked to speak to his supervisor to get the process expedited. These companies should allow people to cancel as easily as they allow you to sign up. This behaviour ** ********* *** I wouldn't use SiriusXM again if they gave it to me.

    Can only cancel service through the 1-800 number where they push to keep service open and discounts available. Once it is finally canceled, they will continue to call to offer discounted service again, even after you tell the customer service not to call and not interested. ***** ********** ******* ** customer service and the sales team has left a very changed perspective on the company and the value of their "customers" is obvious.

    2 years ago I canceled, or so I thought, the xm radio on my ******* 2 weeks ago when we tried to cancel 2 more radios,we discovered they were still charging us for the Harley ********* is not even activated. After going on the chat we were told there's nothing they can do about it,and yup, you guessed it, they still haven't canceled the other ** **** ******** ** * ******** **** *** **** * ***** ** *** *** ********  Keep a close eye on your bills because they don't play fair.

    I spent the better part of an afternoon trying to change my billing method to a new CC.( credit card )
    As I had to change CC’s. the site keeps going around from the web to the streaming sites saying to go to the other. It’s very frustrating. I’ve been a member for a very long time & this is the worst I’ve seen this system.

    I payed for 1 year subscription, and was told that nothing would change with the package that was sold to me at $78.00 per year. It was a mostly true statement, it was missing the station I personally told the representative to make sure it was included, as well as some other channels. After the year, I was never contacted to renew. They simply started to charge my account at ***** per month without my knowledge. When I called the representative, (*********) he tried to offer me a bunch of different packages. All of which had less of what I had, and cost significantly more, at total of ****** per year. I expressed to ********* that my old package was cheaper and I was not happy about them withdrawing money under a new deal that I did not sign for. I asked for them to cancel my account and refund me the money that was withdrawn without my consent. I was told that ** sent a email in June stating they wont provide refunds and I could either sign the new deal, and they would give me a credit of $15.87, or cancel and they would keep my money.After 45 minutes of running me around in circles, and refusing my request for a supervisor, they put me in touch with ****** (a supervisor). The only reason they did so, is because I stated that I was going to the **** several times when I declined each new package thrown at me. Which I still plan on doing so, because most people would have been bullied and have simply lost the money they essentially stole. ******** message to me was here is the cancellation, and here is your money.....see you later. If this was handled differently, I would not be making this complaint. I feel that what they are doing is not only unlawful, but immoral to their customers. I have been with ********************** for many years, I don't think I'll be one again.

    ******* *** ********** I called SiriusXM prior to my promotion expiring in March. The person I spoke to spent 90% of the conversation trying to cross sell me on signing up and continuing with the service. I said no repeatedly, told them to cancel the plan and hung up. I just realized that they have been taking money from my credit card, even though I cancelled the service. Around the same time my credit card was also changed as I kept getting notifications that the credit card on file was not working. I changed it so they would not withdraw money but somehow they have managed to take money from the new card and did not cancel the subscription as per my request. They are saying that there is no record of a conversation or chat to show that i cancelled the plan. **** ** * ******* * ******* I am out $154.76. I have asked that they credit back my money and after lengthy chats with unprofessional sirius reps, they offered to give me back $77.28. I am not satisfied with this as I did cancel the subscription and they are arguing with me. In fact, the person on chat took the liberty of saying NO to refunding me and simply cancelled the account. Then accused me of being unresponsive on the chat when I was online with them!! **** * ******* *** ** ***** ************* This is how they set customers up by pretending that we are not on the chat and have disconnected. Another huge problem in addition to being manipulative and *********, is the fact they do not listen, instead they fixate on cross selling products by repeating the same sales pitch over and over. This should spend time educating their employees on proper customer service skills & use of professional tone with customers. **** and unacceptable! I cannot believe we got into an argument about a conversation that definitely took place!!! *******

    **** ****** *** *** *** ******* **** **** ******* ****** *** **** ** ***** *** **** ***** Sirius XM Canada Inc. has very questionable business practices for anyone trying to cancel their membership. First, there is no option or possible way to cancel your membership online nor is there anyway to email them requesting cancellation. I first used their online A I Bot to no avail and since have tried calling multiple times. They claim they are busy once you press 2 for cancellation. They offer you a text link or a call back. When they call back and you answer, the line immediately goes dead. I was on Hold for over 10 mins when they 1st attempted a call back, so I ended my Hold and answered and they immediately hung up. So of course now I had to wait again multiple times on Hold to NO avail. All this while interrupting my workday and life waiting for a simple cancellation request. After 4 hours of attempt, I finally got though to alive person, but of course now I wasn't in my car and arriving at appointments. I requested cancellation and he said he could help but would need to transfer me. I asked why and he said I had to speak to someone about their OTHER PLANS before Cancelling. I asked repeatedly "Are you not going to cancel my membership as per my request " and he continued to say he will help and transfer me. I'm on Day Five now of attempts to no avail. This is absolutely terrible business practices and should be illegal. Once I finally get my cancellation, I will never EVER become a member of Sirius XM again, nor will I ever buy a Vehicle and accept the Offer of Sirius XM Free. The Auto Dealer will unfortunately lose my lease or purchase immediately if I have to use Sirius XM. This is what happens when a company treats their clients/memberships in such a Horrible way. I have a leased a vehicle every two - three years for over 10 years now and it's a shame that they will also lose my business if my vehicle is forced to have Sirius XM with any kind of Membership.
