      I did not order this product. I received an email saying my order was on the way. I thought it was spam so did not respond, however, a package of 4 fire blankets arrived early December. I have sent a phone message and two emails, no response. * ***** **** ** *** ******* ** *** ***** *** ******* ** **** ******** ** ***** ****  We do not want any of these items and want to be credited back to our credit card. In case I didn't mention the company, it is Prepared Hero. Thank you.

      As per the customer's request, the order was successfully cancelled in ******* on January 23, 2023. Cancellation notification has been sent to the same email address used upon order checkout.

      A ****** dispute is currently pending for this order. While the case is in progress, we only have limited access to the transaction within ******.

      We'll get back to you as soon as the financial institution has provided a resolution.

      I ordered eight fire extinguisher blankets and one $4.50 holder on November 30, 2022. All I have received is the holder and 0 blankets. I spent about $135 on the order and have contacted them by phone and email multiple times about not receiving the blankets.       On August 21, 2022 I went to this website https://************.com and made a purchase for 4 fire blankets. Somehow the website malfunctioned and doubled my order to 8 blankets. Not only that, but my bank account was charged TWICE for the 8 blankets meaning they charged me for 16 blankets. I also paid extra for 3 to 5 day delivery (that was 12 days ago) and I have not received any blankets at all to date. I have sent numerous emails to their "support" email and have heard NOTHING back. I also called and left a message to their customer help number and nobody ever got back to me. I also reached out by comment on their ********* and again I was ignored. At this point they have $169.82 of my money and I have nothing. They have my money (quadruple what I actually ordered), and I have no product. I no longer want the blankets, I just want to get my money back so I never have to deal with this company again.
