Be careful with this place! When you check out there are a bunch of pop ups. The very first one I received made it look like because I was buying one fire blanket, I would get one for free. There was no fine print just a big button to claim offer. I figured I would probably have to pay shipping and handling for a second, but I would review my cart before checkout. After declining all other pop ups it’s immediately brings you to a confirmation page and “thanks for purchasing”. It charged me for TWO blankets. I immediately contacted Prepared Hero. I didn’t hear from them for hours and when I did it was “it’s too late to do anything about this order”. They offered me $7 back. I’m ********* *** returning everything. Their pop ups are very misleading and customer service is lacking. Had they let me review my order, I would’ve noticed and declined the “free” blanket. They’re sneaky and know exactly what they’re doing ***** ** ******** ******.Prepared Hero

I ordered a 4 pack on December 12. It's been 7 weeks and I still have not received my order or an update. They provide a tracking link and it just says I'll get an email when my order is sent. I received a response to my email and they say they've had an "unexpected large volume of orders" If you call, you just get a message saying to email them and then the phone goes dead. If I would have been notified ahead of time that it would have taken 4 weeks, that would have been OK and I could have canceled my order promptly or not ordered. No wonder my order is taking forever to arrive !!! It is coming from China.
Be aware, any time a RMA is required in order to return an item, it had Chinese written all over it i Had i had any inkling i would never have ordered. But it sounded like an American made product and company. ** ******* * **** ** ** *** ** **** **** *** * ****** **** ** ***** ** ******* . But with Chinese made products from Chinese companies you will need their permission thus the RMA. Most likely they have just an office in Canada in order to sound more legit but the company is located in mainland China. Unfortunately, I have already been burned twice by ordering from people like this who advertise aggressively on **. **** *** * **** *** you likely will never get the rest of your orders OR be able to return your product. And when they do give an RMA number the return shipping will be the same price as the item itselfPrepared Hero

I have been trying to contact this company for four days, sending eight emails without receiving a single response. Their customer service is completely unacceptable, and it’s clear they are ignoring my inquiries. Had I known the level of service I would receive, I would never have purchased this product.
In my last email, I explicitly stated:
“Please review the attached email correspondence. I want to emphasize that despite sending multiple emails, I have yet to be contacted regarding this matter. I must receive a response promptly. I am instructing you to provide a return mailing label and an RMA number immediately. Please prioritize this request.”
I expect immediate action on this. It is unacceptable that when I attempt to call the provided contact numbers, I am met with a busy signal. I demand a resolution without further delay.Prepared Hero

Hi,
I ordered a 4 pcs fire blanket and a hook from prepared hero last December 12. I waited patiently for it to be delivered and only the hook was delivered and it was delivered thru amazon. I don’t know how that happen. Well anyway it’s so frustrating and funny at the same time that I was only given a hook?! Really? What will I do with a hook without the fire blanket? I reached out to them and I was only given an automated message giving me the order status and tracking number that says they don’t have any information on the given number. They have a very poor customer service and what’s more annoying is that they keep on sending me emails selling me more products.
