Dont answer their phone or email. Impossible to return items. I placed an order with Prepared Hero and did not receive a confirmation email or any information about when my order would arrive. After trying to contact them for a week through phone calls and emails, I was able to get information on their website about my order. They said they were sold out. I emailed them to cancel my order. I ordered what I wanted from Prepared Hero on ****** and got a confirmation email and the product within a few days. This transaction I would give a five star rating. But the first order responded to my cancellation by saying well send you something different and if you reply to this email then you have agreed to this. What they were offering was not what I wanted. I responded through ****** that I didnt agree to that and that I no longer wanted anything from them because I had ordered the product off of ****** and I didnt need anything from them except a refund. They sent me information that my package was on the way. 6 days later I received a package with items I did not order or want. The phone number and email for Prepared Heros for the first order I placed and for the ****** order are the same. They dont answer the phone or email. I give seller 1 , one star. But even though seller 2 on ****** was great, they still dont answer their phone or respond to emails. Both sellers have the same phone number and email. Their return policy is to contact them for approval to return something and to get an RMA number, must be returned within a 30 day period. I ordered from them on 11/30/23 and my payment cleared my bank on 12/1/23. it is now 29 days later and no product, no one live to answer their phone, automated message says to email them, I have at least 3 to 4 times and no response. $167.70 I have been asking to deliver the product or refund my money. They keep saying it is an American Business but I am now seeing Canada information and found out product is made in China. Regardless, if they were honest and it was a good product then ok. I have filed my complaint with the Wyoming State Attorney General, The Texas State Attorney General, the Federal Trade Commission, and will finish up with the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, and the Office of consumer Credit Commissioner, among other things, Going to write about it on ********, *********, and every other platform I can think of. I contacted the Secretary of State in Wyoming so that I can get the directors and officers and the registered agent for this company, so that I can give my attorney the information to sue if need be. Dang wanted those for Christmas presents. If shipment is delayed a few days ok, but nothing from the seller, though once they processed your funds then you get the message that the product will be delayed, and no option to cancel, that is "unfair trade practices", they know it. I just want my money back. I should have like others read the reviews first.Prepared Hero

1 starThe customer service for this company is non-existent. I had e-mailed them 6 times asking for an update to our order of four fire blankets and never received a response. I also called twice, but got a recording trying to sell more products, then telling me that there telephone lines were down. It's funny how they can advertise with no phone lines.
We placed the order on November 25, 2023, and they charged our credit card the next day. This should no be allowed until the order has been shipped. We did receive an e-mail on November 26, 2023 telling us that they were behind on production, and the order should be shipped within fifteen days. Again, no contact after six e-mails asking for an update. We finally received an e-mail almost a full Month after placing the order telling us that the order would be shipped right away. We finally received the products on December 24, 2023.
Had they been honest from the beginning about the time frame then we could have decided to order or not, and most likely we would have ordered anyway.
This company is dishonest in their advertising for order shipment timing, and their customer service is the worst we have ever experienced in our life. No response to a customer asking for a simple update is unacceptable. If we ever need to buy this type of product again, we will research other options.
We really hope the products work properly if we ever need them, but we are now skeptical due to the poor customer service that was never provided.Review fromFrank F

i ORDERED PRODUCT ON 11/14 AND FOLLOWED UP MULTIPLE TIMES WITH NO RESPONSE. THEY SENT A GENERIC STATEMENT SAYING THAT THEY ARE BUSY. 0/5 I am completely disgusted. Mass social media marketing ongoing for Christmas. The telephone line which will not take calls promises if you placed your order before Dec. 15th you are going to get delivery before Christmas. You can't talk to anyone on the phone and they don't respond to emails. I want my order cancelled and I want a full refund. I have submitted a dispute with my credit card company to have the charges reversed. I placed my order on December 8th. I see lots of complaints from people who ordered in November and have not received their orders. All advertising should be suspended until these people can meet customer orders.Prepared Hero

I placed an order on November 29, 2023. The web site stated fast shipping and when I track it, it shows unfulfilled. I wish I would have read reviews before purchasing because so many are experiencing the same problems as myself. They pulled the money immediately and I still don't have my order 3 weeks later. Horrible! Absolutely NO customer service! I placed an order on Nov. 11 for 4 fire blankets for Christmas gifts, they immediately charged my credit card and sent a confirmation email. Then I received an email saying they were inundated with orders, but they would ship in 5-11 days. Today is Dec. 22 and still nothing. I have sent 4 emails with no response and tried to call as they stated on ********, but they can’t take any calls!! WHAT???
