      Sportsnet is a completely useless subscription for sports fans. If I can’t even watch games that are happening 20 feet away from me, then what’s the point of its existence? I literally live in montreal, and I can’t even watch games IN MONTREAL. Due to “regional restrictions”? *** ***** *** *** ****** *** ***** ** **** ****** This is yet another example of a big company ******** people’s money and offering nothing in return. * ***** ****** ****** ***** ** *** ****** ** ****** ****** **** ********** ********* ** ****** ******* ******* ****** ***** ** *** ****** *** now we can’t even watch a **** hockey game without jumping through these corporate hoops. There have been over 20 games this season, and guess what, I’ve been able to watch ONE on sportsnet. For the humble price of 25$ a month, i get ONE game, because it happened to be on a Sunday which is apparently when my region is allowed to watch games. Games which are happening TWENTY FEET AWAY FROM ME. * **** *** ** ****** ** * ********** ** ******* ***** *********** *** * **** *** ***** *** ***

      I am very unhappy with the Sportsnet+ subscription that I recently purchased for $180.00 The amount of hockey games I am able to watch is very limited, and it was my understanding that I would see all the NHL games.

      Horrible app setup. Subscribed for now+ to watch preseason nhl since it’s not supposed to have any blackouts… sure enough because I cheer for the team I live closest to, have been able to watch 1 preseason game without blackout. I wish I cheered for an American team so I could just get their streaming site. ** *** ****** *** *** *** **** ******** *** ***** ** *** ******* **** **** ** ****** ******** Also got charged $1 for starting a live chat to complain about this, which they never replied back on either. Tried calling and all I got was automated answer saying email questions/concerns…

      Serious flaws.
      Starting a game at the beginning, press restart, and it sends you to the live feed. Always drops games or skips to the live broadcast when your watching delayed. Super disappointed. *******.

      ******** ************* ******** They have no problem taking money from my account every month but they can't manage to give me the streamable sports content that I pay for. Constant "unknown errors", app outages on multiple devices. The inability to stream games with out the app crashing or just not loading in general... *** ***** ** *** ** ********* **** ** ***** ****** ******* **** **** * ********* I cant buy other streaming services because they blackout the games due to ****** having the rights. **** ***** *********** ** ********* Please do something.

      ******** ********* No customer support available ever in app. Service cuts out regularly. Home feeds not available for most games.

      Horrible streaming app. No resume feature. Can only skip 30secs at a time. Sometimes you get booted out of a game halfway through and you have to skip 30 secs at a time to get back to where you were.
      Blackouts are ridiculous when you are paying for all the games.
      Can’t pick feeds like you could previously.
      Emailed to ask for improvements but no response.
      ** *** ***** **** ******* ** this is the only option to stream NHL games in Canada. How can this exist without competition?

      I've not been able to access service for well over a month, I cannot contact the sportsnet now as they do not answer their "****** live chat".
      My credit card company told me to contact them to cancel the service and it's impossible. Their 888# is not available in my area and useless.
      This is the worst customer service from a supposed Canadian company.
      Just out to ***** **** ***** *** provide poor service at best.
      (Playback error message 40050146) no problem billing my credit card every month.

      This is easily the worst streaming app out there. Often cannot access games due to product failure, delayed game feature simply doesn't work. Frequent glitches in the feed makes it feel like you are in the matrix. Absolutely no customer support. None. I watched a game on a friends bootleg box and it was better than what I got with a paid subscription. ** *** ***** **** ***** ** *****
