    Prepaid for some repairs on an **** *** that was sent to Fasttech for repairs. We received a repair # *************. We were asked for additional funds for repairs which we sent. Now no one is returning our calls. Cannot get money or **** back.

    Placed an order ***** on December 5, 2022. Credit card has been charged already and owner and sole employee, Shehroz K., will not answer his customer service lines or emails. Order cannot be confirmed or tracked *** ******* **** **** **** ***** *****. Please advise.

    ******* ******* ***** ******** *********** When you go to place an order it give you an order number and you get package details fairly quickly. What it doesn't tell you is if the item is even in stock or when you should expect it to arrive. It's almost impossible to get through to anyone through call or email and they do not regularly return calls or emails except when you first place your order. I ordered a *** Digital Motherboard for around $530 CAD. They've changed the date of when they were supposed to send out the motherboard several times. It's been over a month now since my initial order and there's two deadlines that have been came and went for when it was supposed to be sent out. I have already contacted my credit card company to get a refund as it doesn't seem like a replacement motherboard will ever get sent out.

    On August 15th, 2022 I purchased an electronic part (WiFi and Blutooth nodule) from Fasttech's website for $56.49 USD using my debit card ****** ****** ******. I first contacted them inquiring as to where my order was at the end of August and again beginning of September, and didn't get any sort of response to my inquiry until September 6th, where I was told a delay prevented them from shipping and I'd get it in 7-10 days. After waiting 10 days, I spent a few weeks trying to contact them again, and didn't get another response until October 4th, when I was again told that my item would be shipped the following week. I waited until October 20th, and after still not receiving my part or an update on its status, I messaged them requesting a refund ** * ******* ****** ******* **** * **** ***. I still to this day haven't received a response to my refund request. Any attempt to call the number provided brings you to an automated system, and any of the several options you choose immediately brings you to a message system. They don't return phone calls. I have attempted to communicate through voice-mails, text messages which they have used to contact me before, and emails. * **** ****** *********** ** ** ******* *** ********* ***************
