    ** **** ***** *** ******** **** ***** *** ***** Ordered a disc drive for **** ****** *. They make nice videos but that’s about it. * ***** *** ********* ******** **** ***** Took 3 weeks before they told me it would be shipped by Monday. 4 days later still no shipped item until I wrote an email asking to cancel the order and give refund. Supposed to be shipped by Canada post as I live in Canada as well but turns out it’s being shipped by ******. ** ******** ***** ** ********* ** **** **** ***** ***** **** ***** ** ********** Seems like they don’t have parts and just purchase on ****** then charge the same price if not more except in US funds. Also their communication is terrible. Often waiting at least a day if not more to get any reply. Also no tracking number provided. Where tracking number is supposed to be it says “****** Buy Shipping” **** **** **** ***** *******

    Ordered *** parts 4/7/22...Now it's 5/24/22...I haven't received an email or a call on any status updates. Every time I call them it goes to voicemail. My emails are met with no response. They took my money and never delivered the product and are now failing to deliver any basic levels of customer service. Awful company and poor customer service.
