      Be aware that this company does not issue refunds on unused future services. I got charged for a domain I didn’t use (and no longer intend to use) for April 2025-2026. I contacted this company the day of the charge and was told they unfortunately could not refund me. I’m currently in a ****** dispute over this. I’m relieved I at least paid with ****** so they can help me, as this company was absolutely no help. In fact, a $30 refund was temporarily offered to me, and then it was taken back once I asked for the full amount and let them know I would be opening a case with ******. This company is not consumer friendly.
